I've been lurking but have missed quite a bit.

Do we have any idea where abouts we recruit Cole? He will be my favourite and most used rogue

I'm not sure when and where we get to recruit him, but I hear that most people believe you get him pretty early in the game.

 

I think that I'm going to drag him everywhere in my first playthough, haha.

I know, he's adorable! Just seems so innocent. I'm going to protect him at all costs.

Plus his voice actor has been on a few TV series in the UK lately and I love his voice (and face).

It's speculated Cole's recruitment quest is called Champions of the Just. I'm not sure if we know if this is true or not yet though. Cole is running around in this screenshot but isn't in the party.

 

Edit: as of where this is, I'm not really sure. Some castle/tower/fort with red lyrium. It looks like it might be raining or snowing too.

I'm not really into the overly mothering of Cole, but I might turn into a mom-quisitor if he gets too endearing or if someone threatens him.(although, knowing myself, I will probably do that for most chars...lol)

Even if he is possibly a demon, spirit or something else. Mostly I'm just very curious about him, can't wait to find out more about him.

I don't think his facial structure has changed, or if it has it's very slight. But the lighting might be making him look different. That aside...I feel like they might have made his skin look more normal.

Unless the earlier conversations in this thread about Cole being physically affected by how he is guided by the inquisitor is possibly true. Similar to how Shepard in ME looks different if they are heavy renegades. Maybe Cole will get more...zombie looking if he isn't happy about the inquisitor's choices or something like that.

 

Edit: Or maybe it's a sign of him becoming more human. Maybe when you first meet him he's "dead" looking. And your good influence over him and treating him like a person heals him, so to speak.

Aww! I'm glad some reviewers like him a lot. He doesn't seem to have a very large fanbase at the moment.

This VOD seems to have Cole's introduction. I haven't watched all of it, I'm trying to avoid as much as possible, so I just skipped around until I saw him and figured out what parts he's in. He comes into the scene at about the 2:00 mark. I haven't seen anything that spoils Cole specifically yet, but heavy spoilers for the main story that's going on at the time.

I'm almost done, but something is not quite right yet...taking a break from it now, look at it tomorrow with a fresh perspective.

 

Haha, I think, with the information of all characters I have right now, that he is my fav as well.

Cole, Solas and Cassandra, right? If so, I thinking about taking those for my first playtrough as well (or Blackwall instead of Cassandra, seems pretty cool as well).

 

I really tried not to, but my self-control gets pretty bad after one glass of wine...I haven't even finished it yet.

I will be taking BW into the party sometimes as well (if the plotline will fit him more)

Also i will swap Solas and Dorian on ocassion, on same basis, if Dorian will fit the area plot more than Solas.

I might take also Viv in Orlais and such, may be will try to calm her and force her some way to love Cole...
