Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I don't remember and I figured you lot would know... is Cole physically described in the book? 

 

It's just that looking at the Last Supper picture it surprised me that who we think is Cole is so tall and looks stocky. I had in my head that he was smaller than that - but it's possibly just how I am picturing it looking back considering his somewhat child-like psychology.

PS: Cole might be adult-size, but Iron Bull is Huge!

I think they definitely tweaked his appearance since the first war room shot. If you look at the second war room shot (on the 1st page of this thread), it's the second picture. You can see he's definitely slimmer and less "bulky". Also in any shots we got of him from the demos, he definitely seems not to be some huge bulky man beast : p Also check out the "kite hat" picture a few pages back where he's wearing white, as well as the "companions on stairs" shot. You can see how he is built there.

In the demos we've seen recently, the only followers we saw in action were Sera, Iron Bull, Dorian & Vivienne (at some point or another). Blackwall was confirmed in the companion trailer, but wasn't shown in the demo at any point. So I'm thinking, there might be another separate demo shown around the time of the upcoming pax that involves Cole, Solas, Blackwall and Cassandra or Varric. That seems to make sense to me. While I'm not really happy with it, I guess they can't reveal and present everyone at once, right?
