1. Limitations on Romance no Bi or Gay Options such as Dragon Age 2 did or ME 3 had being Straight Romance only between M & F.

2. CAC System Will be LIMITED being Lesser Options due to the game being so LARGE, Will not be as massive as Mass Effect or previous Dragon Age games.

3. Will be Radically Different both in LOOKS & In Gameplay will be like playing a Brand new IP, hence the reason you don't need to play the previous Dragon Age games.

4. Importing will be an Aggervating & Complicated ISSUE, such as The Keep to a Console, People will be confused & upset about Previous saves Being PS3 or 360 previous Saves from Previous games will be NULL & VOID - USELESS.

5. People will be playing Inquisition BAREBONE-DEFAULT being on Selection Choices, mainly cause people will not understand Dragon's Keep or be able to Access DK cause of RESTRICTIONS.

6. People will be confused on the games Time-Line it will confuse them. To much all at 1 Time, The game will not play like previous games & it will be confusion everywhere like a headless chicken.

7. They will not know who these new characters are - Viviene, Sera, Solas, while people like us, who are devoted followers of Dragon Age, but people who never have will be CONFUSED.

Overall I am just worried cause the game will be Radically different, To Little Issues such as Importing the game, To Other deals such as Gameplay & Increased AI being almost like a brand new IP altogether.

Don't get me wrong, I am getting Inquisition, I am just worried, & I am also confused mainly regarding DK & my Previous saves to Importing.

I am also worried the game will have Restrictions. Being no Gay or BI Romance options, I hear Inquisition will be STRAIGHT LI ONLY.

I don't have anything against Straight LI Options but I thought this was a Staple in Bioware games being like ME or previous games did. Why would Bioware change that NOW.

Makes no sense to ME.

not much has been light has been shed on sexual orientation in inquisition but A LOT of people want to see gay/bisexual Love interest. im sure they keep the forums so if they don't include some of this LI's then I'm sure a lot of people will be pissed.

i however have hope that they will be smart about it and include this in the game because it is a serious issue in the forums and well i'm sure they do not want to lose fans (i have a feeling they might if it isn't included). this isn't the first thread that has brought up LI issues.

i also think that dragon age keep is meant to address the issues of importing.  i don't know but i think it will allow players who haven't played previous Dragon Age games to make their choices so they can enjoy inquisition.

if i am wrong in any thing i have stated, someone correct me

"It just seems so romantic" -- Cassandra to Varric regarding a warden of either gender.  Most likely Cassie will be available to all Inqs.

Im concerned about them releasing too much info, not that they have, but we've gotten a lot of info as of lately so im hoping they dont potentially spoil anything. Variety in the CC is another concern, seeing jewelry and scars on characters now gets my hopes up that we'll be receiving more options so lets hope that pulls through.

I don't have anything against Straight LI Options but I thought this was a Staple in Bioware games being like ME or previous games did. Why would Bioware change that NOW.

Makes no sense to ME.

1 I don't see the first concern being founded in reality. There is nothing pointing towards there are only being heterosexual romance options. And with the latest information on there being set sexualities for romanceable companions, it is more likely there will be more than heterosexual romances. Heck, people would be even angrier than they already currently with companions not being simply player sexual.

2 Bioware actually seems very proud of their new character creation and customization system so I highly doubt it is going to be worse. I expect it to be better due to the extra development time and based on their own enthusiasm.

3 I don't see why it has to be concern that you may not want to play the previous instalments of Dragon Age any longer because of better graphics or different gameplay. If you consider the game to look better and play better, than this is not really a concern about the new game but more about the old games. And progression doesn't have to be bad as long as it is considered good.

4 Why on earth would importing from the keep be aggrevating? It seems to be a trend with your posts. It is almost always about the Keep. There is no way the Keep is going to be confusing to use. It just doesn't make any sense for any developer to make anything they create extremely confusing to use.

And if some people get upset over their saves being useless and void, too bad. The Keep is needed because of too many bugs in the save games. In the long run, the Keep is going to enable Bioware to solve all the issues and stop new ones from cropping up without having to patch for a multitude of platforms.

5 I can't imagine many people will somehow not be able to understand how the keep works. I also expect that the vast majority of gamers have Internet access. Heck, I also expect that your 56k, which you have mentioned ad nauseum, will still work. I can't imagine the save files being as big as you fear they will be, not even remotely close. If you can access and post on this forum, I see no reason why the Keep would somehow not work for you.

6 What is there to be confused about with the time line for DAI? I also don't expect Bioware to somehow have forgotten how to write a non-confusing story.

7 Again, what is there to be confused about? You didn't know Alistair either until you met him in DAO or any other companion in any Bioware game for that matter. It is going to be the same way in DAI. You will meet and get to know the new companions just as you did in the other Dragon Age games.

I have no clue where you heard DAI will only have straight romances. I have never seen anyone make that claim on this forum nor have any of the developers ever hinted at there only being one type of romance option, quite the contrary.

Cartoonish combat is my only concern right now. Everything else is perfect, from what I have seen.

Combat looks a little stiff but I had the same concern for Dark Souls 2, which proved me wrong.

My concern is that BioWare will spend more time on romances instead of polishing the game, balancing it for higher difficulties, and tying up any secondary plot holes.

i am not sure if your worry is because romance is what has been talked about the most on the forum but i get your point and it worries me too but form what we have seen, they want inquisition to be the best one in the franchise so they wont mess up. there is a lot of pressure on them so they will do their best to please.

You hear wrong. There is no indication of this - all they've said is that they're moving away from vaguely defined sexualities for the romance companions and that there will be gay, straight and bi characters in Inquisition. (How many of them will be romances and in what combinations, we don't know yet.)

My concern is that BioWare will spend more time on romances instead of polishing the game, balancing it for higher difficulties, and tying up any secondary plot holes.

The people who polish and balance the game are not the same people who implement the romances. QA and the combat team are separate from the writing, voice recording and cinematics teams. I guess the writers hypothetically might spend so much time coming up with sappy things to say to Iron Bull that they forget to tie up the plot, but I'm not sure that's a realistic concern.

Will the combat be any good, or will it be messed up by trying to be both action and tactical?

Will the plot actually make any sense?  The jump to the PC being in charge of the inquisition still seems a stretch from what we've heard.  Particularly for a non-human.

Will there be too much "exploration"?

One concern I have is that apparently there will be no Blood Mage specialisation, hopefully it will get added later or in a DLC but I was really looking forward to blood magic :(

2nd concern is that the gay and bi LIs will be stereotyped as the typical 'non-straight character'. All of them suffering from the 'all gays (and bis) are promiscuous' trope.

3rd concern, no save importing. Personally I love save importing, it's a good feeling knowing that your playthough will directly affect the next game in ways you can't foresee. Using only The Keep takes some meaning away from that, while it's perfectly fine for people who haven't played/ don't want to play or don't want to replay DA:O and DA2. For those of us that did 100% completionist playthroughs waiting for out efforts to be taken with us into the next game....it's disappointing. Fingers crossed they will have some kind of save imports before DA:I is released.

My biggest concern is that I won't be able to play due to my arachnophobia (used to mod the spiders out of the previous games).  Hopefully there will be a way to overwrite them.

I fear for the Grey Wardens. After DA:2's handling of Orsino and Meredith and ME3's handling of TIM. I'm afraid they are gonna catch a case of stupid and become Cerberus 2.0.

The GWs are stupid, though. Duncan (not telling anyone that a blight can only end if a GW kills the archdemon) and Riordan (throwing himself of a building) exemplify this in DA:O.

I've never been the biggest fan of the GWs either. They seem act all high and mighty, no fun at all. Yet their whole purpose is to perform a glorified suicide.

Cant tell if you're serious but i dont get how their only purpose is to perform a "glorified suicide" They're the only ones who can actually kill an Archdemon, that in itself is enough to give them purpose, not only that but they are the most effective darkspawn killers in Thedas, you may not like them but give them credit where its due. They're saved Thedas more than five times

To be fair I don't think anyone in Ferelden outside of Cailan / other Grey Wardens would of believed Duncan if he did say it. No one thought the Blight was really all that bad at all until after Ostagar.

Riordan however had a bad case of stupid I agree.

I don't mind if the Grey Wardens become villains, but I just don't want them to be inept at everything they try to do like Cerberus was.

Also I fear about Plot Holes, being IN-COMPLETE or Un-Finished game such as DA 2 was being an Un-Finished game seems to be a Habit of Bioware.

While The Journey through these games is damn awesome, The Story is never finished. DA 2 is an example of this. Then you had the Saprano's KoTor 2 Fade to Black ending you play the game for about 40hrs then you go WTF I played this game for 40 Hrs & this is the thanks I get for playing this game for that many hours.

This seems to be a trait in many games today, with many being WTF Endings, or No endings at All, while some had Horrible Endings or Lack there OFF being South Park Stick of Truth another example is Final Fantasy 13 3 LR both awesome games all the way through but the ENDINGS.

ME 3 is the Biggest Example of Missing Plot Holes, such as why did the Normandy Crew Leave Shepard during the Final Battle, How did they get aboard the Normandy SO FAST, Why didn't they try to Rescue Shep & Anderson aboard the Citadel.

I am hoping Inquisition dosent pull a DA 2 MOVE being UN-FINISHED also LACK OF DLC CONTENT.

I say in Inquisition there is a PRIME EVIL a Person or a Certain Person controlling or causing these events someone who we have seen already. To do something this massive. You can only do something like this when you are hiding in plain sight.

This way you can hide what you are doing but keep tabs on world events. A Good Idea would be Edwina the Tavern Owner. She can pull a Senator Palpatine move being the Prime Evil causing these events.

This would be an awesome move, 1 she owns a Tavern she can easily keep track of World Events, Nobles, Wardens, and whos who basically everyone comes to the Tavern.

She can then use that INFO, then behind the scenes she is actually aka SENATOR PALPATINE PRIME EVIL.

Morrigan isn't the Prime Evil like many think she is, But she is indeed EVIL. While Flemeth is a Mystery she Helps the MC in each game being Warden in Origins then DA 2 with HAWKE maybe she helps the Inquisitor in the Opening Prologue of the game.

Hawke being a Baddie would really be damn cool, Think Hawke lost everything in Kirkwall, Her Family, everything maybe She Snaps, & gets the Mages behind her.

Lots of Ideas I also like the Idea about the Wardens becoming a Ceberus Medevil Version of them. The Origins Warden could be the new TIM.
