My biggest fear is that the inquisitor will be the biggest heretic or the maker will be prime evil character hence nullifying my plans to be psycho murderous zealot in this game.

Bioware is an awesome & talented group of indviduals. Also, they took their time On Inquisition & did a really well done job of listening to fan-feedback so I give props to Bioware 3 years on Inquisition & the game looks amazing. Even through the stuff I seen was Pre-Alpha or Beta stages it was still awesome.

I am just curious to see how good the game will look on my Playstation 3, since I don't have about 500 for a new console. & also I just got me a new TV & with tons & tons of games on my PS3 or my PS Vita I really don't need a PS4 right now anyways.

Inquisition looks amazing, but the character models sort of look iffy to me, being to Big or Bulky, Being more meatier than previous games almost Skyrimish in style. I just hope Inquisition will not be a complete Skyrim Clone even though I did enjoy Skyrim.

I am just going to enjoy & play Inquisition & I will more than likely play the game Default Barebone when I 1st get my Deluxe Copy on October 7th.

For now I have plenty to keep me busy & I have faith Bioware will make Inquisition into a AAA GOTY Contender.

My 2 concerns right now are that companions will disappear when you get on your mount and you cant get banter while on mount. Im hoping companions will have mounts too. & I want mages to be able to teleport like the mages you fight.

I think if you get on a horse your party will whistle and the others horses will appear.

My concern is that I won't be able to play my characters, the way I made them.

Everything else fades into insignificance, compared to this, and isn't worth speculating about before we experience the game.

The subconscious works in mysterious ways. I first wrote ..."before we see the movie". :crying:

That the sexy hunk man mage is going to be a straight-only romance. Unless he's a slaver(or former), or kept (keeps) sex slaves (in which case he can go F himself). Then I want my Manquisitor to be able to romance him (stupid Cullen, not being a companion, damn yoooou!)

I heard that there would be no mounted combat. Whilst I have no problem with this, I am concerned that it will get annoying having an enemy attack you and the only way to engage with that enemy is to dismount first while they're hitting you. Does anyone have similar concerns or maybe some reassuring news that this won't happen?

My concerns:

1. Too many people with stupid French accent. It really annoys me.

2. That mini-map being significantly less suited for exploring.

3. the open-world concept making me run around needlessly and offering less sense of direction of the game.

4. UI for abilities looks very limited, more action-oriented and not too tactical. I hope that this does not reflect in the game.

5. Agency. I was very dissapointed DA II forced the player into situations by giving us lots of meaningless choices, but didn't allow us to take the actions which we wanted to take. I hope they do better now.

6. Too high demands on my PC hardware.

All in all: A game that is too much like Skyrim and not enough like DAO. Yes, I thought DAO was near-perfect and Skyrim was meh.

The Character Design (Breasts halfway down a elfs body, very mannish chins on most of the characters, Donte, Swords and armour ripped from previous games where they were supposed to be rare items.)

And The plot, the red templars seem like ME3 retard cerberus v.2, the villian will likely be someone we've never met claiming they are behind everything that happened or something like that, desperately trying to make the mages look good despite every mage but Bethany in DA2 was either a abomination, blood mage or both.

And finally, this is the last chance I think I'll give bioware, DA2 and ME3 were some seriously flawed games, if they don't pull this off then I think that's it.

My top concern is it's going to be shipped before it's ready because they can't afford to let it slip.

Didn't the E3 footage say they were still in alpha with only four/five months till release?

1. not being able to RP an evil character (not badass, mind you, just plain evil with one goal - to destroy the world or make every living being in Thedas suffer)

... imagine this one is taking positions 1-10, because it's the most important one (well, for me at least)

11. grinding limiting the replayability (i really hate to start all over again gathering resources and money in my 2nd PT - just to enjoy the story/RP)

12. too shiny - especially after seeing gameplay demo footage with Sera shooting magical arrows (i do hope it'll be toned down)

13. crafting system - i hope it won't feel like designed mainly to accomodate non-magical classes (e.g. blacksmithing, alchemy)

14. pacing of fights; waves of enemies - just make it more realistic, don't spawn hostile NPCs without any logic, just to make the fight more 'challenging'. because it's not, it's just more boring. we haven't seen much fights (beside dragon ones), so this concern is based on DA2 gameplay

15. more annoying plot armour - i get it, the story requires some of that. as much as I'd love to kill Anders when Hawke first meets him, i understand the necessity. but please, for the love of the Maker - let me kill Grace at least in one PT!

16. romance content - i'd hate missing any NPC developement by not romancing her/him. that never happened before, i don't think it will change in DA:I

17. non-companions romance content - seems boring and shallow, how to develop any connection where there is no real bond there? i feel it's 'my wife stays at home and i'm making the money' kind of relationship

At the moment, the mini-map a la the Elder Scrolls games is my biggest concern. Many reviewers who reviewed: The Elder Scrolls Online (TESO) stated that by now, Bethesda should include a better mini-map for its games. I welcome the open world aspect of Dragon Age: Inquisition with open arms, but the map, Bioware, is unsuitable for questing; it's quite alright for exploration.  I play TESO and I have to continuously press 'M' on my keyboard for the larger map.  That can be irritating if one just wishes to quest.

Please Bioware do consider including a proper mini-map in Dragon Age: Inquisition.  I understand you are creating a beautiful world and that you wish to showcase it. Nonetheless , Bioware , a proper mini-map is needed here. It can be small; just add the functionality of minimizing to the map for a  player  who wishes to just have your gorgeous world before his or her eyes.

Can't say I have them concerns that is. PAX demo last year was extremely encouraging, with things happening in the actual gameplay and not cinematics, and "actions speaking louder than words", and vast, distinct and detailed and destructible environments, and customization of literally everything you can lay your hands on, and combat encounters not forced upon the player, and combat itself—a bit flashy, but Dragon Age was always like that.

(emerging from this sentence): And what they've been showing on E3 just reinforces my hopes for this game. All what's left to worry about are miniscule things: like what if the game autopauses when switching to overhead camera, oh my! and things like that. Things that could annoy me as well, but all that's really important for me to have a great time is already there.

So I guess my top concern is that I don't get to play it till October 7.

The OP list is the mosti ridiclously stupid thing i have read this year (and beyond). These are the dumbest concerns you can write down and they do not make sense the slightest. I would have though this is the worst trolling ever, but then i saw that you put quite the work and thought (if i can call it that way) to build your thesis.

7. They will not know who these new characters are - Viviene, Sera, Solas, while people like us, who are devoted followers of Dragon Age, but people who never have will be CONFUSED.

I wish I to be one of those people who don't know characters. Damet Bioware I blame you for so much spoilers :(

My biggest concern I suppose is replayability (though with race and choice restrictions on romances I suppose I'll be forced to replay differently each time)

In terms of replayability I think DA:O is the worst for me. I despise the deeproad and mage tower quest lines. Since I purchased DA:O I have finished the entire game, along with Awakening, once.
DA:2 was slightly better, maybe because there were less painful quests and the combat was better. I've finished DA:2 at least twice with all quest content DLCs.

On the other hand, I have logged over 300 hours in Skyrim, regularly play WoW and D3 and am currently replaying Fable for the 3rd time. Obviously I have no problem with replaying games if the quests and combat don't make me want to pull my hair out.

TL;DR - I hope quests don't suck, combat feels fluid and I want to replay it.

My only concern is really how well the Keep will work out. Even though I'd rather do away with the save import system, since I move to Xbox One just wanna see how deep were talking

1. Limitations on Romance no Bi or Gay Options such as Dragon Age 2 did or ME 3 had being Straight Romance only between M & F.

There are going to be gay/lesbian/bi/straight options when stated that there will someone for everyone, and at one point mentioned more than one option. 2/2/2 or a 2/4/2 type model. 6 or the 8, which gives more than what previous titles had, 5 in the last one so 6 would be minimum.

3. Will be Radically Different both in LOOKS & In Gameplay will be like playing a Brand new IP, hence the reason you don't need to play the previous Dragon Age games.

Didnt need to play any previous title for any previous title either.  It helped to play a trilogy or series in sequence but was never said NEEDED to be done. New gameplay isnt a bad thing at all.

4. Importing will be an Aggervating & Complicated ISSUE, such as The Keep to a Console, People will be confused & upset about Previous saves Being PS3 or 360 previous Saves from Previous games will be NULL & VOID - USELESS.

Actually it isnt that difficult to use the comics update for ME1 to ME2 or ME2 to ME3. They done this before and I dont see how it can get complicated. Did your Warden start as a?  A: dwarf  B: human  etc.  Did your Warden destroy the anvil or not?  Did your Warden side with Loghain which caused Alistair to leave?  If not played the previous titles, of course then it might be a bit complicated, but most that played it before wont have that much of an issue. Those that never played before will be able to use default sets most likely as always been in each game from Dragon Age 2, ME2 and ME3.

Its not new.

5. People will be playing Inquisition BAREBONE-DEFAULT being on Selection Choices, mainly cause people will not understand Dragon's Keep or be able to Access DK cause of RESTRICTIONS.

Now not being able to access DK cause of internet restriction is the only reason I see this or if they are new to this game as being the case. Otherwise not understanding, look above.

6. People will be confused on the games Time-Line it will confuse them. To much all at 1 Time, The game will not play like previous games & it will be confusion everywhere like a headless chicken.

Not really, timelines get explained in codex. Honestly, it only takes a little bit of reading, now if they cant read then yes, of course there will be a problem. But someone not being able to read would have issues anyways with anything?

7. They will not know who these new characters are - Viviene, Sera, Solas, while people like us, who are devoted followers of Dragon Age, but people who never have will be CONFUSED.

Most games have characters that are unknown and learned about as the games are played or going on. Happens all the time, ever since NPC's were put into games, to learn of that NPC required talking to them or watching them or reading on a codex or similar fashion. My first time being in a forum for a game is with DA:I, so I actually know the fact I didnt know most NPCs in previous titles beforehand. Its not anything new again. Not sure why this is going to be an issue, people I know dont know every character either but know the protag and some basis of the story and go with that.  Learning something new is an adventure. If dont like new things then of course they most likely dont really play most games then?

OP: Overall I am just worried cause the game will be Radically different, To Little Issues such as Importing the game, To Other deals such as Gameplay & Increased AI being almost like a brand new IP altogether.

New gamestyle new gameplay, new characters, new adventures, new story new things moving forward is never bad. Worrying about all this stuff is more of a burden of stress that could cause a heartattack faster than anything. The statement of you being confused makes a little more sense to me than saying most will have this issue when I doubt most will. I think it will be just as easy as the comics were to update world states if not played previous titles of a game for Bioware. Other games just go with prewritten stories so that if you jump into the middle, game world states are already set, which means to me they arent exactly RPGs as they should be. They can be, but not to me.  (notice I said myself, changing my mind wont happen on that issue. :P )  Example: Lara Croft games, Sonic series, Batman games

It was stated they looked at Skyrim but didnt follow all of it. They dont have complete open otherwise the mapping would have to be done with 40,000 miles of landscape literally. Dev said this, so overwold map allows travel to those maps that are detailed. Some of those areas increased in size from initial due to building story is also what I've read somewhere. I cant quote any cause I dont remember where these were read, and these are Dev words.

Skyrim lacked character building which Bioware does, so being a Skyrim clone is something of a downgrade to me if it got cloned, which it didnt.

Have you never seen a real woman? That's where breasts of that size sit. Unless they have really good support, or they're fake, that's what breasts do.

Now that I have more info since I last posted in this thread, new concerns have arisen! My concern is that my Qunari and Dwarf will get the short end of the LI options, I mean yea I know issues with animation and all that but it still makes me sad! I mean my Qunari could possible romance at least cullen and IB MAYBE....hopefully. But where does that leave my Cadash, is she to be left without a good amount of options simply because she is too short! (of course if varric is a LI for dwarves at least, then its cool lol) I mean I would like to romance cullen and possible IB with my female Cadash  :crying:

I am also concerned about clipping, but its not really that important unless EXTREMELY noticeable!

I don't have any doubts about the story, for imo bioware always delivers. Unless they have a diabolical plan to kill my inquisitor and or my LI with no way to avoid it, but if they died together in a dramatic and romantic way then I could handle then lol  :P
