Only slight concerns I have are:
1. Lack of cutscenes during dialogue, particularly in relation to the ring sidequest we saw at E3 (given to the Inquisitor by the woman sitting on the rock.) I prefer to get a close up of a person's face when the PC is talking to them.
2. Lack of interesting NPC animations. If generic civilian NPCs are all just standing around motionless, that makes the world feel less alive for me. From what we saw at Redcliffe, this appears to be the case.
3. Lack of interactions with NPCs. I prefer to be able to talk to just about anyone. DA:O was fine in this regard, DA2 wasn't really though.
Yes, NPC issues bother me maybe a little too much. But this list pales in comparison to all the things I'm looking forward to.
