Actually I must agree. So far the armour in the trailer videos for the inquisitor, while nice, hasn't had that remarkable inquisitory feel.
If you want people to recognise you as a supreme authority, you really need something suitably dark and imposing. Heck in DAO I frequently wore armour sets based on looks even though I had others with better stats. Legion of the dead armour was a favourite. I do like black...
