An offensive slang word that a racist mage supremacist can use to refer to mundanes?
Blood sacks?

Is "racist" even the right term to use here?

Muggles? Mundies?
First one is from HP. I actually wonder if any such words were used in the writing by the author, that I haven't noticed.

Yes.

Yes.
Mages aren't a different race, so no it's not.

Yes.
Mages aren't a race, though. They're an anomaly.

Mages are genetic, its a race. Black, white, Asian people are a race right? Even though all are human. Mages are also a different race even though they are human, elf, qunari.

Racist would be an incorrect term. Supremacist would be more fitting. And the term "mundane" is already deregatory enough.

Magic is not a genetical, otherwise two mages would always get a mage child, which we know is not the case.

Mundanes was used in the first game by one of the Circle Mages in the Mage Origin, so I think it's the closest to a derogatory term we've gotten thus far.

If Thedas had tumblr, there'd probably be a fair number identifying as a race and getting angry when someone told them they were wrong.
I laughed.

Sickle-cell disease is genetic, but those who suffer from it aren't a race unto themselves.

Mages are genetical. The more mage ancestors you have the more likely you are a mage. Altos Tevinter families give birth to mages in 90% cases, and have their mage roots going for hundreds of years.

Assuming for a second that even this means magic is genetic, which it doesn't because we don't know how magic works, it still doesn't make something a race. Use the sickle-cell analogy from above.
