So far, there has been nothing about Samara anywhere else on the forums around the net, and she is not present (at least not named directly) in a list of "cabin" scenes according to a file list. (It does, however, confirm 2 other romances)

There are reasons for that, other than chicken legs fetish and Liara's reduced role.
Oh and as for Samara, it really doesn't look like she's a love interest. Can't be more than 99% sure, but all signs are bad.

Liara will probably pretty much dump you anyway from what ive heard from devs imo, it'll be up to you to allow this and still have shep attached to her, heading into ME3 (Where i hope it matters as the 'hard to make in ME2, but worth it in ME3' choice).

Hmmm. Very interesting. I suppose Samara could be a femshep only love interest. Assuming the allegations of 3 love interests per gender is true, I would assume there would have to be SOME kind of f/f thing going on, if only to maintain the status quo.

Samara isn't a Love Interest.
On the subject of Tali or ME 1 LI, I did both. I did multiple playthroughs, so I romanced Tali, then stayed loyal to Liara.
