Awesome. For the first pic I didn't realize that was a female and for the third pic I didn't realize the dwarf was supposed to be the Inquisitor. That's really cool. Looking forward to more female inquisitor content being revealed in the future. Thanks for taking the time to post that Mary.
The female Qunari Inquisitor looks fab! I kinda hope you can have longer horns that are decorated. But I wouldn't be surprised if shorter horns are part of Qunari sexual dimorphism.
I bet horn size/shape/bling is a slider choice (or no horns).
These horns point forward while I've seen other art with them going towards the back (like the DA2 male Qunari).
I also suck at understanding Qunari stuff but isn't the "Qunari" Inquisitor not a "Qunari" but a Tal-Vashoth?

One thought is that she is born outside of the qun. Some call this "vashoth," but I don't understand why qunari would distinguish oxemen born outside of the qun than anything else. Wouldn't an oxeman born outside of the qun be "bas" as much as an elf born outside of the qun?

My understanding is that Quanri is a race not a religion. The Qun is the religion. Therefore Tal-Vashoth are still Qunari they just don't follow the Qun. It has been confirmed that the Inquisitor will be locked in as Tal-Vashoth which in my opinion sucks but so be it.

Perhaps we can have roleplaying options to eventually lead them back to the Qun. After all, there are a wide array of choices concerning belief in the Maker and ways of the Chantry in dialogue when it comes up, why not present the same options in relation to the Qun?

I created a thread regarding this and got pretty thoroughly shot down by both the community and one of the mods. For whatever reason people don't seem to feel like it's feasible. I don't understand why but there it is.

I would think so. They don't seem to distinguish by race.

It looks great, she really steals the spotlight in that picture and conveys a lot more personality than her male counterpart.

Her smirk is great. I also really love the little tiny shadow cleft she has in her chin. Or it looks like her chin is slightly cleft. Very nice.

I don't know if this has already been mentioned but Caroline Livingstone confirmed that Gwendoline Christie(Brienne of Tarth in Game of Thrones) came in to do voice work, possibly for the Inquisitor.

Does it change for the race? I thought it was moreso sex that significantly changed the armor? I know of course the size has to change based on race but I thought aesthetically it would all look the same. If that's not the case and race changes the overall layout of the armor that's really cool.
Gwendoline Christie would be amazing as one of the female inquisitor voices.

It has to change for race, in fact gender wouldn't change much except the size. Qunari compared to human is a dramatic difference let alone qunai and dwarf, plus im assuming they might incorporate each races culture into the individual designs.

Why do you believe it HAS to change? Armor didn't look different on the warden compared to Sten other than size. There's been nothing in the trailers or concept art that leads me to believe armor will look one way on an elf but drastically different on a Qunari. That would mean there was variations in the look of armor based on race, gender and possibly class. If that's true it's wayyyyyyyyyy more work than they've ever put into armor customization for a game and kudos to them. But I don't see any reason to believe this is the case.

You're saying this game wont have different styles of armor for races because of DA:O. This game is really focusing on customization and different armor capabilities for different characters and races. They've said this multiple times and have given plenty of examples. The reason you dont believe it is because you havent been looking.
