You're saying this game wont have different styles of armor for races because of DA:O. This game is really focusing on customization and different armor capabilities for different characters and races. They've said this multiple times and have given plenty of examples. The reason you dont believe it is because you havent been looking.

Examples: Same armor, different design for race and class

Another example: Same armor different design based on the companion

Maybe I'm being dense but I don't think what you posted proves your point.  You compare the bearded warden's armor and Cassandra's armor but they're both humans and companions.  Yes it's been confirmed that armor will change when put on companions to conform to their design.  Where I disagreed with you was if armor would change based on the race of the Inquisitor.  Nothing you posted shows where a human Inquisitor wore a piece of armor and then a Qunari Inquisitor put on the same thing and there were additional variations to it besides size.  Gender and size will affect armor.  I've seen nothing that shows race will affect it besides the size factor.  I'm certainly not against that.  If it's in the game then that's fantastic.  I'm just saying they haven't released anything that proves that's the case.

Thats what the first picture was proving, providing another example of the same concept between two companions was supposed to support that by showing the same concept. Then practicality wise there are certain armor pieces that clearly wont work for a qunari like all of the helmets. I cant find where it was said but if they're willing to make such a drastic change for two humans, why wouldnt it be drastic between races?

Im not positive but the info may be found in the crafting and customization section of this pax panel: http://biowarebase.n...ppropriate.com/  just scroll to the bottom

What is she wearing on her arm?  Looks like the DA version of Wraithguard.

Why are elves afraid of shoes? Or are they like hobbits? As in the soles of their feet tougher than other races?

I thought it was just Merrill and Fenris that had an aversion to shoes, my elf warden wore boots like a boss.
