I have an unusal and somewhat complicated question with my save carryover. I have 2 Xbox profiles, one which is LIVE enbaled and one which is not. My original ME profile was on the non-enabled one, and I wanted to transfer over to my other profile. Still following me?
So, I transferred the file over and beat the game again exactly how I wanted it beaten, but I did not recieve any achievements, most likely because the game believes I already have them. Earlier, Chris said that the best way to check if your save will carryover correctly is to see if it appears in the New Game + menu, which it does. But I'm now hearing how many of the bonuses we recieve are tied into our achievements, not just the save file. So my question is, how will this affect my carryover save? Will I get my character and decisions without any bonuses? Will my save carryover at all?

I don't know, I don't have the game therefore I cannot test your theory. But I would bet, that since your PROFILE does not have the achievements than any benefit from having the achievements would not appear in ME2.
Your saves cannot tell whether you have Achievement A or Achievement D. It just knows you chose to play as a black guy
