This is my dream story.

I am Unsure how a Qunari Mage would become the inquisitor, but I imagine it will be just fascinating as frack.

I suspect Qunari Mages (cant remember the proper name right now) would resent their society just as much, and likely more, than the circle mages resent the Templars.

I want to see that Qunari Mage come to power through the inquisition and descend into darkness while retaining political cunning.

I would want him to crave chaos, and use that chaos to create a new order. A new aristocracy with mages at the top and where religious superstition and fanaticism are washed away in his grand inquisition.

I am not up to date on all the leaks so far.... but do you guys think something like this would be possible?

It sounds like the cannon inquisitor is someone who is looking at suppressing some of the mage uprisings... but I want to fan the flames.

You mean Vashoth mages, right?

As far as we've seen, Saarebas are obedient to the point of laying down their lives if their master so decrees.

I'm sure you can fan many flames but I can't see the story ending with a new Tevinter created...but who knows.

Doesnt meant there wont be deviations.
And if a Qunari mage is playable, he would obviously be the exception.

I doubt you are going to be going around with a leash and lips sewn shut.
That would make for very awkward dialogue choices.

*Selects flirt option*
Inquisitor with muffled sounds: "mumph remph hemphre!"

Well ****...Now you make me want this to come to fruition.

Though I wonder if this will be a legit Qunari mage. It would certainly make for the more entertaining option.

I seriously doubt we're going to be able to play a "Pro-Chaos" Inquisition.

I dunno, but my qunmage inquisitor will mess the templars and the chantry every chance he gets. And if it costs me having cassandra on the team, so be it. She is expendable.
