Isnt the jugg the gimmie character most new players get when the open the gift packs? I opened a second account and got one as did my stepson and my friend who just started playing. All of us are ps3 but 3 new accounts in 5 days got the Jugg.

No. It's an Uncommon kit, a Reckoning kit and the BF3 if your account is connected to Battlefield 3. It also includes an N7 gun. On the PC I got the N7 Eagle, on the X360 I got the N7 Valkyrie. As for the kits, I got the Turian Sentinel on both accounts, the AIU here and the Krolord on X360.

Still haven't unlocked it and when I do I probably won't use it because EVERYONE WILL BE JUDGING ME.

I saw one get taken down by three abominations with nothing else in sight. I was too shocked to react.

I swear that one on FBW got taken down between waves as well. I think the team got 30 revives off him alone. Must not have specced into fitness.

lol -  I feel like that about most of the 'powerful' kits (GI, TGI, AIU, Drells etc).  Just don't equip any melee gear whatsoever and only melee when you have to, or if it's beneficial to the team around you to distract the sync-kill units.  And remember, don't try to kill stuff with the melee, just stun.

I played a couple of PUGs on a preset Reapers/Hydra/Gold matches with him last night, using a PPR X - first time I've used it maxed.  Started as a duo but we were joined by another Jugg.  Neither of us had a big shield, and neither of us killed anything with a heavy melee.  I suspect we both had adrenaline 3 equipped,  and it was actually, dare I say, fun and easy.  I didn't score as highly as the host, but then I wasn't really trying.  I do now recognise that 6b in fitness is a scrubby choice though - 6a it is when I respec.

Oh man, forgot about that guy. He wouldn't have been able to stay alive on bronze.

Sometimes its hard extracting with a Puggynaught on some maps.  Since they can't duck for cover (but they can duck for objectives) they usually get beat on pretty badly at extraction - unless you Dominate the entire LZ or have a good kiter.

The puggernaut should be the kiter. One small loop around the map should be about 2 minutes :P

Agreed, as long as they actually stay alive.

Twice in the last 3 days I've dropped into a lobby with 3 juggy's and I was happy as hell. I love them, they can stand there and melee while I kill the crap out of everything. The last game was preset to Geth so I just selected my Geth Engineer/ Wraith to get some practice since I'm not very good with shotguns and managed to get 20 headshot and 75 shotgun kill medals. I will gladly take juggy's in my games any day.

I really don't.

They might not kill 1/4th of what I do.. and that's OK with me. Their aggro draw helps me operate unchecked by the enemy for the most part, and I like that.

Another reason I don't mind is because, I feel a lot of them really want to help the team, and with a limited manifest, and single digit medigels.. it's the only way they know how. I'd rather they do the Juggy melee crap, then be a shield boost spamming Volus anyday.

Puggernauts are some of my favorite pugs. I don't mind killing everything.. I'm probably going to be doing that regardless. At least I don't have to revive them very often.

Your team spirit is oh-so-apparent here.  How divine of you to ordane how-to-be-the-best-incompetent-pug-on-ME3!!!  Then, when they feel that they are a team player, you don YOUR JUG and show them that they should really be killing everything...it's interesting, very interesting...

They don't have my manifest, warehouse full of consumables, knowledge of mechanics, etc. They do what they can..

Except if they don a TGI or a flamer, then your charitable spirit diminishes...

I don't mind them, but it does feel like I'm about to enter a game where I just stand back a little and kill everything that comes close to the Jugg. And frankly that does get a little old sometimes. I like a bit of risk in my games. Once in a while a jugg is fun, and being one is too, but not all of the time.

I dunno, whenever I'm a Jugg the enemies around me are generally lying on the ground.

More and more, lately, I've been seeing Puggernauts that actually know how to kill things. So that's refreshing. Generally, I see them spamming Seige Pulse for combos, and/or using Reegar.

I'm still of the belief that the Crusader is one of the best weapons you can put on him. Very dominant way to play this character.

I love my Jugg, but I really liked the Geth (RIP Legion) and have always been obsessed with giant robos, AI and ANNs. Had I known they existed earlier, I'd have bought up all the Geth ME3 action figures.

I sort of figured the point of the Juggernaut was to soak up aggro because it can take it. Draw fire from softer players who can get squished, speared, stomped and smeared. I guess not being a rock star level gamer gives me a different outlook: I'm not going to be the guy on the top of the board often, so I may as well fill a support role that gets the team from Wave 1 to Wave 11 by minimizing casualties.

Like when I still played basketball, I wasn't the greatest scorer but was strong defensively and lead a couple of teams in rebounds. Worst team I ever played on was a summer league team where everyone tried to be the star.

When I play baseball, people think I can knock it out of the park but I can't so I play strategically (nothing like a well timed bunt to confuse the other team). I am not the greatest at ducking, rolling, grabbing cover, combo killing, sniping, etc - but I make a pretty good tank so that's what I do.

Mind you, the current build is sucking b*lls :P. Sticking with 66066 from now on.

I hadn't thought about equipping him with a Reegar before. Maybe that, Adrenaline III and another weapon for at least medium range.
