It's well known by now that combat has headshots and other location based dmg, its perfect for PC with its mouse aim. But how will it work on XBox360 because making an acurate headshot in all the action is not as easy. So will xbox recieve some sort of autoaim or any other help to make combat easier?

It's not that hard to get a head shot on the 360

Just aim for the head, don't hesitate, with practice it becomes easy, even if we are stuck with little sticks to aim with :P

Yes there is an autoaim but its not the same as the original. WHere the Orginal made the bullet go towards the enemy where ME 2 will do the normal shooter games with FPS and just help you with aiming the reticule towards an enemy.

I never found it difficult to get a headshot using analog sticks...it just takes getting used to it if your new. I use the FPS Freak extension for easier aiming which should help if you find it difficult.

I sure hope not. I hate the autoaim in COD MP, and im sure i would hate it even more on ME2.

Thank you, that what I wanted to know ^_^ I just suck with these two sticks, unless I have AR and lots of bullets :)

3 months with Borderlands has vasty improved my X360 stick aiming. Will hopefully carry over to ME 2 nicely.

It's called "Aim Assist". It corrects for the tiny degrees of accuracy most people's thumbs are incapable of reaching. I'm sure there will be some kind of Aim assist on the 360 version, but on the whole, you still need to aim at what you want to hit.

I'm fine with a little bit of aiming, but I can't say I'd be looking forward to having to "practice" in order to enjoy the combat. I'm not here to impress my friends. I just want to play the game. I'd get the PC version if my wife wasn't so eager to play it, too. Instead, I'll be using the XBox version and horrible crapfest that is joystick aiming.

Aiming on an XBox is like running a race wearing snowshoes. You might get pretty good at it, but it doesn't mean that it isn't a horrible way of getting things done.
