I just had a thought that if the Warden/Hawke are in DAI, their appearance could be created prior to playing the game via Mass Effect style 'face codes'. 

 

If Bioware releases the character creator prior to the game (preferably with a demo), it could provide us with a face code once we finish creating the character. Then, when we are filling out the Keep's checklist, we could enter the face code until a 'Warden's Appearance' or 'Hawke's Appearance' category.

i guess it could work but is it confirmed that the warden and hawke will appear in inquisition?
