I cast my vote for the mabari hound.
I don't need any more dust collectors, but if I was going to get a physical good, I would want the plush mabari from their merchandise website.
I want a Limited Edition with all DLCs available before they're released for other editions.
Free pass ticket in which I get all future DLCS for free.
Special armour powerful bow and dog.
Extra class specialisations. Blood Magic, Beserker, Shadow etc.
A Mabari.
A nice big statue.
A ticket to get ALL future DLCs free.
Even more armours and weapons.
Cullen's head on a pike.

I like the first three and the Mabari 
Cloth Map.
Always with the cloth map. Tin case is also nice and the soundtrack on CD (or digital download as lossless FLAC file) is also a must.
I don't care much for DLC and minor amendments - I do love me my physical items...although..their validity is tied into DRM....so how about an Uber edition that comes with zero DRM eh EA?
