I'm thinking Q1 of 2016, next gen consoles and PC only.
Honestly, when do you think ME4 will be released.

No you're a release date.

No way BioWare would release DA3 and then turn around 3-6 months later and release their biggest IP. Not. Going. To. Happen. Mass Effect 3 was the best selling BioWare game every made. Mass Effect 2 was the most awarded BioWare game ever made. The Trilogy has sold over 12 million units. It's their baby both creatively, critically and most important to EA Overlords, Financially.
They will hype this game to the utmost degree. I think we would get a teaser about 16 to 20 months before release. A trailer 1 year before, and gameplay, story and multiplayer trailers 6 months to release.
Hence why I think it's a Q1 2016, maybe Q4 2015 release.

EA fiscal years end in March, so either Q4 2015 or Q1 2016 would work about the same for them, assuming they think about this stuff the way my company does. Maybe a holiday release?

An anonymous Bioware employee said “Also if I was you, I’d get to playing the mass effect trilogy before next spring…”. It has been speculated to infer the release date, but it's unlikely to be out so early.

Smart money would be somewhere in the fall/winter of 2015. That lets Inquisition have it's time in the sun, probably have a couple of DLCs out by then, and people are ready for the next game.
And EA, the publisher of BioWare games, has stated that they'll be supporting games for both generations, 360/PS3 and One/PS4 until 2017, at least, so it's unlikely to be next gen exclusive.

Couldn't say. I'm guessing there's a time frame of early 2015 to mid-late 2016.

2016? Crap I'm going to have to pace myself on this. Optimistically I'm hoping for late 2015.

Keep in mind that Bioware is working on a new IP too, so we don't know yet if they will announce the new IP or Mass Effect first, or both at the same time with release in the same year. I think they will announce one of them this year (maybe in December), but there's no way to know which one. Maybe the new IP will be out at Q4 2015 or Q1 2016 and the next ME will b out only in 2017, but if I would bet, I would say they will try to release one in 2015 and the other in 2016, god knows which one will be first...

Not anytime soon, I imagine. I would guess the resources required to validate DLC are trivial. Multiplayer may be shut down in a few years.

Spring-Summer 2015 Is my Guess considering Inquisition took 3 Years, 2011 to 2014 since ME 3 came out in Spring 2012 this means 2015 Spring for Un-Titled ME,
Also I don't call the game ME 4, to me the game will have a Sub-NAME. not ME 4.
Also they pretty much have already confirmed the new game will have just a SUB-NAME & calling it ME 4 is doing it a diserverce meaning They are moving away from ME 3 if the game was called ME 4 then it would be a Continuation of Shepard but Wouldn't feature Shepard.
It would be a Continuation in the Same-Timeline Also I am saying the game will be like Inquisition is.
ALL CONSOLES while Pushing the Limits on PS4 the game will not look as nice on Current.
Keep in mInd ME 4 uses the same engine as Inquisition & with Inquisition is on ALL Consoles also.
Also think, Current-Consoles will be supported until 2016 with PS3 in 2015 finally getting Persona 5 which I been waiting on for about 10 years now.
Tales of Zesteria is also a PS3 exclusive in 2015.

Next question would be when will EA stop supporting ME3. What's the plan here? You need to validate DLC against their server thanks to Origin; will it all one day stop working?
One day ME3 will be given away for 'free' for promotional incentives.
I don't think we'll need to care about DLC validation at that point.

I think BDtS is free for ME1 now. Not sure if you can even get Pinnacle Station anymore - that's the only DLC I haven't played. One day ME3 will be given away for 'free' for promotional incentives.

Honestly just pirate it. Too much a hassle to find. It's the worst Mass Effect DLC anyway and no one wants to buy it.

EDIT: Is it even for sale anymore?
