True most of the problems in the game are magic based. Yet they are victims as well. Just one emotional compromise and BOOM... a abomination is created. They are always tempted with demons and those who go to the circle are told their gift is a curse as Anders puts it in DA2. Let's not forget the church, Templars, and public view. No wonder there is so many problems with mages a lot are seen as evil and not always seen as human beings.

They transform babies into one of them so there's nothing wrong there especially because they are willingly given. As for bringing the dead back... so what? They're dead bodies whoever that person was is gone the corpse is just a shell that they control. Again there's nothing evil there.

The only' devil' in the Game of Thrones are humans. They're murderous, sadistic, greedy, rapists. The humans in Game of Thrones are the worst people I've ever seen on screen or book in a long time. Meanwhile you have another specie that so far doesn't seem like they go around killing or raping one another.

 

Even when it comes to dealing with Humans that don't seem monstrous. (SPOILER ALLER!)  Remember when Sam was left behind and the army of wights were marching past him and a White Walker literally looked down saw him and left him alone? Or when a White Walker was going to take a child and Sam pulled a sword on him. All the White Walker did was destroy his sword and push him out of the way it didn't try to kill him or hurt him which would have been easy seeing how much stronger they are then people but he didn't.

 

I find it funny that humans think its 'evil' to reanimate dead people yet they have no problem killing people on mass.

I am unaware of any torture or mutilation of children outside of the reanimated dead children that we see but we are unaware of the nature of their deaths and if it was intentional. If you'd like to discuss this further let's move it to a PM or to the Off topic since I hate dragging a thread off topic lol

 

Speaking of child murder I find the concept of the hardcore anti mages plan of just killing children who happen to be mages to be the sickest thing I've read on these boards. Truly a culture based on systematic child murder is going to be a healthy culture.

Better culture that is killing childrens few in numbers (pff as if it was different from killing adults) than dead culture destroyed by mages.I don't see contraindications to disarm ticking bomb before it explodes it is smarter thing to do instead wait and see if it explodes...
