I'm playing through ME3 for the first time, and all I can say is that it's making me want to find the first Bioware employee I can find and punch them in the face.

Why.. good gravy, WHY did you make the spacebar button do EVERYTHING?  The combat is totally broken in this game because the game never knows whether I'm trying to stick to a wall like velcro, do a rolling flip, or run.  In fact, I'm trying to pick up that stupid useless rocket launcher or open the med kit!

Really really frustrating, and one of many many indications in the ME and Dragon Age games that Bioware is one of the laziest developers in the business.  They better be glad they occasionally employ good writers, because they can't make good gameplay for anything.

It could be worse... you could be forced to use the almighty omni-button of all purposes that we on Xbox are stuck with... It's the A button if you're curious...  :?

at least you have frames.

Not to mention the fact that ANY other game on earth uses left shift for running.

Even Mass Effect 1 used left shift for running.  Not that it made the combat any better, but at least they got that part right.

Or L3 on PS3 (not sure what the Xbox equivalent is)

hopefully this is something they fix

It is way worse on consoles

Although i'm pretty use to not being able to see where I'm turning when I run

I changed the use/sprint/cover/everything key to shift, and switched the spacebar to the HUD menu. Makes it less annoying, and slightly more like ME1.
