Well my plan is to go as a ugly bastard in my 1st play, but only with the others, with my crew i want to be good, do u think is that possible??

I was able to be Paragon (You could say) to my friends and allies and then be Renegade (aka a D**k) to everyone else in Mass Effect 1. So I would say it should be possible for ME2.
I think that is what you are on about if not, ah well. haha
