So when is Last Flight set? Because I read somewhere it was set between Origins and Awakening?

I always assumed it was a prequel because of the cover but I wouldn't be surprised if I was wrong tbh

I thought it was between Origins and DA:I, in general, not between Origins and Awakening. But maybe I'm mistaken. Where did you read that?

Ok, I think I understand the logic behind it: the sinopsis says it happens after the Fifth Blight, and it mentions some "newly reported, and disturbing, darkspawn phenomena" that could be the Disciples of Awakening. However, there seems to be nothing else to justify that placement unless I missed something (I don't follow the twitter thread).

It's set just after the forth blight, at the time before the griffons died out.

Well the story is split. The part that seems to be the frame narrative is some time after DAO, but I suspect its closer to DAI than some assume. It'll probably explain a bit about what the Wardens are up to that could lead the a Inquisition to besiege them. It's set just after the forth blight, at the time before the griffons died out.http://dragonage.wik...ge:_Last_Flight
