So im trying to romance Garrus (first time playing the trilogy btw) and he won't talk to me, i've completed the Horizon mission, did Miranda's loyalty mission and recruited Thane, Samra etc...
Will he speak to me once i complete his loyalty mission? If so when do i get it?
Sounds to me like his loyalty mission is already active. Check your journal. Right after Horizon Miranda and Jacob register their loyalty missions. After your next mission Jack's loyalty mission will activate. After the next mission after that Mordin's mission will become available. One mission more and Grunt's mission comes up. Finally, after your fourth mission after Horizon Garrus's mission will become available.
Once you do his loyalty mission you will have the romance dialogue path open up.
