Okay so going over the tumblr page thing I've noticed that they made it so mages no longer always wear skirts which cover their feet. GOD I LOVE THAT. Don't get me wrong that stuff makes sense in like MMO's or other rpgs but it makes the animations look terrible. So glad we can see the legs now.

 

As far as things I really hope you guys do for Inquisition, my main hope is that we can switch between weapons again mid combat (for rogues and warriors, dont know if mages had a 2nd weapon type).Really added to the versitility of characters (like making so having two tanking characters around made sense because if you needed 2 you could switch them both out or have one dps,) it was freaking awesome, it was one of the main things I loved about Origins' combat.

I agree on that and not to hijack your post, but i really hope we can specc companions as we like when it comes to weapons. Bothered me in Dragon Age 2 that Varric had to be ranged, Aveline couldn't use a two hander, etc.

 not hijjacking, is what I wanted. I too was upset that we couldnt gear out our companions the way we wanted to. although if there is one thing I hope they keep from 2 its the fact that I could tank with a 2h (GOD I loved that so much).

 

Another thing I hope they do is add new game plus. I absolutely loved that aspect of mass effect, even with 2 where the level cap was 30. I wouldnt even care if the level cap stayed at 20 (for dragon age) I would love to be able to get my character right by playing through the story with him (yep first time playing a male character again since DA:O, didnt do it at all in 2, but with multiple races I already know one character I wanna make) multiple times. maybe do it like Dead Space, have a difficulty set up specifically for the level cap or something ( I dont know, don't care either as long as new game plus is in there somehow)

just posted (edited post above) there are other pics im trying to find them in the tumblr but I can't find the tumblr, anyway what I posted above should give you a good enough idea 

 

also a good indicator is to look at the mage companions (like the horned chick) which can be seen in the trailer ill try to find that image as well

theres the full cast, of which there are 2 known mages (2nd and 5th from the left)  and another possible mage (2nd to the right of the middle). but further down that gallery you can get some better visuals of them.
