Based on the latest trailer, could the Inquisitor be Morrigan and the Grey Wardens child? Cassandra says in trailer he came out of the fade (maybe where Morrigan was hiding him). Age differently since he has Archdemons power and was in the Fade? Maybe wishful thinking.

wishful thinking. I highly doubt it though. I think the Inquisitor was at the peace summit, got blasted into the fade during the blasting thing cause he messed with something. Then just walked out after everyone was dead.

Same here. I would love to see where that story goes, but I don't want it to be a PC. Then again morrigan said she raised it in a world beyound the veil so who knows what will happen there.

It is equally likely that the Inquisitor is the reincation of Schmooples the nug, i.e. not very.

I don't think there is a bigger supporter of the Dark Ritual on these forums than myself, but these theories of each game protagonist being the OGB never make any sense.

 

I could see them doing something like making the OGB an optional companion in a game that takes place twenty years after Origins instead of ten, but the OGB will never be the protagonist of a main series game.

I'm sure if my female Dwarf warden who did not consent to the DR could impregnate Morrigan it would come out as a 10 year old Qunari inquisitor. It's the only thing that makes sense.

And how do you explain the Inquisitor being able to be a Qunari, since the Warden couldn't be one, or an elf, since the offspring of elf/nonelf pairing are the race of the nonelf?

 

Also, how do you explain the Inquisitor being a girl when Morrigan refers to it as a boy in Witch Hunt?
