Since this game was inspired from skyrim I was wondering if the inventory will look like it.
I don't mean exactly like skyrim's but I wonder when you scroll down items you can rotate or zoom in
on the item or if it will be like previous dragon ages.

I'd rather not get weighed down by inventory. I know it's less realistic but dang it I hate the freaking slow walk when you have too much so much.

"Inspired by" implies that the game overall was influenced by Skyrim, which is not the case. They looked into the open world element of the game, being new to the mechanic themselves, thats about it, i dont think Skyrims influence would seep into the Inventory system.

Encumbrance is decidedly an "Elder Scrolls" thing. It's kind of their only mechanic to draw upon to give any kind of disadvantage to Heavy weapons and armor.

I'm assuming Dragon Age: Inquisition will work off a general inventory limit, if it has any limitations at all.

This is pretty much what our inventory system looks like, though it might not be the full one, it should give you an idea what it will look like.

The inventory is spilt up into different categories, weapons armor, accessories, upgrades, probably materials and ingredient, potions, valuables. We can filter things by different types and probably by class, can designate them with specific categories, like junk, sell, keep, we can compare and examine things pretty easily.

We will likely have a limit but it most likely won't have an encumbrance, rather it will function like the other games where we can't carry anything else until we destroy, sell, stash or use the stuff in our inventory.
