Shepard, just after killing Reapers - "I guess you reap what you sow"
...Well, he should have said it.

Shepard, after Rannoch: "If only we had more cowbell."
My name is catalyst....
It´s the line after which your doubts became truth...
Shepard, just after killing Reapers - "I guess you reap what you sow"
...Well, he should have said it.
I would have liked to see my Vanguard Shepard tell the Reapers that he's the vanguard of their destruction.
Just ran across this cool ominous line again, from Manuel on Eden Prime:
"We have unearthed the heart of evil. Awakened the beast. Unleashed the darkness."
Oh, and another one from Renegade Shepard:
"I survived because I refused to die."
"You're the ones who should worry. Tell your friends we're coming for them."
*orbital strike*
"Never mind. I'll tell them myself."
"You're the ones who should worry. Tell your friends we're coming for them."

"Never mind. I'll tell them myself."
Prefer the Paragon version:
"You, whoever you were, before the Reapers decided to "preserve" you. They're dead. They died thousands of years ago"
*Reaper's lights flicker and go out*
"And now they can rest in peace"
Other favorites:
"Are you ready?"
"I'm ready"
"Then let's get it done, and go home"
"Joker, lose this channel"
"Conrad, I haven't been shot in the head nearly enough times to think that's a good idea"
This Salarians about Nassana during Thanes recruitment mission,
"Tell your assiasin to aim for her head, because she does not have a heart!"
"You mean Asari can reproduce with their own species?"
"You mean Asari can reproduce with their own species?"
"This isn't about strategy or tactics. We fight or we die."
And the one of the best ways to end a conversation. We should start using this in real life. "I should go."

SO BE IT!!!
"You mean Asari can reproduce with their own species?"
"This evidence is irrefutable"
"It's always a matter of resources"
"I tried Shepard..." -The Illusive Man
I like both TIM's and Saren's final lines.
"Goodbye, Shepard. Thank you." - Saren
Prefer the Paragon version:

I haven't heard this one before. I thought they only used the word "preserve" in reference to creating Reapers at the end of the game, but it's been a long time since I played ME3.

It's from taking the paragon interrupt during the conversation:

Interesting, the Reaper mentions preservation in the Paragon dialogue but not the Renegade. I think I chose the left option in my playthrough.
One of the best scenes in ME3, in my opinion.
"Can you feel it Shepard? The quickening? Oooh yeah... The Illusive Man better say his prayers. We're are coming for that bastard. I've never been filled with so much rage. [sic]Crazy? I don't mind killing crazy."
Kaidan's post-Sanctuary dialogue (if you take him) is f*cking badass. I wish he were like that more often.
Balak: "You left people to die so you could catch me. Who is the terrorist here?" (loose transcription)
Shepard: "You. But you are dead."
*headshot*
I have to say I was in love with that scene. I made very few paragon choices in the first ME, but that one was just so perfect. I love how Shepard simply ignores the flawed logic Balak is trying to use there and kills him just like that without trying to answer or argue. Normally in any game this would lead to the character showing why he wasn't a terrorist in doing so, but Shepard couldn't care less about making a point to a guy who would die that instant and he/she also didn't need to state anything to convince him/herself of what was obvious already.
Also it always great when Shepard voices out what the player is feeling. Reason why I also LOVE the:
Shepard: "All ships. This is Commander Shepard. If you don't want to be blown out of the sky in about half a minute, stand down now. [...] The geth are about to return to full strength; if you keep attacking, they'll wipe you out. A few years ago I saved you at the Citadel, just recently, I saved you from the Geth dreadnaught, but I'm through saving you. If you don't stand down, I will stand by and watch as Geth lay you to waste. It's your call. Keelah se'lai."
I was a bit sour after Thane's death, so I suddenly took a lot of renegade choices, but this one was exactly what I want to hear. I was so full of the quarian crap I wouldn't mind even killing Tali if she complained by that point.
Shepard aside, I think my two favorites are Mordin's "I WAS WRONG!" and Javik's "Finally".
Mordin's is maybe the one line that shows the biggest character development in the trilogy and he is my favorite character, so I think it is just perfect. And Javik... I actually laughed loud for about a minute after he said that. I was avoiding spoilers, so I also avoided the fandom and when I played Citadel I had just noticed Javik wouldn't stop talking about throwing things out of the airlock, so yeah, it worked perfectly.
"You have come to far. The darkness has been breached"
How can you not like the creaking voice of a millenia-old masterrace-squid mourning about how you've beaten it in round of hide and seek? ![]()

"If I chose too, I can kill every person in this room and walk out unscathed".
"Commander, throw it out of the airlock".
"You talk to much".
"Cant we take him to Omega and buy him a few dances"
"How Interesting"
"You big...stupid...Jellyfish"
"Because its a big stupid jellyfish"
I have so much more....
So,Thessia, huh? Guess the Asari are wishing they had fewer dancers and more commandos right about now.
