Yeah that would make  sense, because it happens when Mordin reminds Wrex he still needs a tissue sample. Wrex sounds a little more ...ummm... apprehensive than Arnie did when he said, "I'll be back."

Well, you can't trust Salarian doctors. "Salarians have minds like a maze" and "Wiggly arms".

Alright we need a ME3 spin-off where Grunt and Wrex get captured -- unbelievable already I know but it could happen -- by an STG unit and have to break out.

Well, we gotta have something... A raid on a STG base? Nah it's been done. Safari? Lizard hunt in the badlands of Tuchanka?

The MEU version of the dwarf-toss! Maybe like Garrus and shep on the roof of the presidium.

The only thing that made leaving earth bearable was knowing you were out there waiting and fighting as well. Garrus Varkien, I love you- Female Shepard, then kisses him.
Garrus: Same thing for me, as to why I left Palven to come help fight with you.

Me: crying like a baby during the entire scene.

Then, the whole bottle shooting thing I missed all the time. Just to hear him "say don't worry I know their are other things your good at while having a sly smirk".

I just don't want to leave him like that cries.

"No. You said he had close family. They'll just want revenge. Kill the family first. Then he'll get angry and come at you stupid... and then you kill him."

My favorite Krogan right there.

A few cool things my Shepard said today:

"This isn't about money. It's about justice. Blood for blood."

(before killing an ExoGeni scientist who experimented on colonists and then tried to bribe him)

"You assume I give a damn. That's cute."

"Someone out there needs my boot up his ass."

(both during the espionage probe mission with Elanos Haliat)

That mission is a hoot with renegade shep. Haliat kept trying to brag about how tough he was and I just kept pretending I didn't know him... I dunno if that's exactly how the dialogue goes, but that's the vibe I got from it. Then later after escaping the mine, I just stood at the top of the cliff and sniped the whole gang.  :D

Yeah, Renegade Shep sounds like he doesn't really care who this guy is. Like if Haliat was in the same room, he would have taken the same interrupt he had with that krogan warlord in ME2 - "You talk too much."

Actually getting my Shepard to the gang was not a smooth trip. It probably took about half an hour over rough terrain to finally give Haliat the boot. Oh, and my Shep blew him away with a high explosive grenade.

So you took the long way around? I just bring up the map and put a marker on the mako, and head straight for that. Leads you to a cliff edge overlooking the bad guys. You can either run down the cliff at them, or snipe 'em from a distance. I love doing that.

I'm not sure what happened. I went back to the same place I left the Mako, and it was gone.

Oh I see now, yeah Haliat either moves the mako on you or there's a second one.

Point #1 (in red) on that map is where you enter the mine, and point #2 is where you exit the mine after disabling the nuke. At point #2 there is also a mako waiting. Where the mako is marked on that map right now is where you start the mission.

^ Thanks for the map. I was wondering if the Mako disappeared because he stole it, or if it was a really strange glitch. Strange though, I didn't see the Mako near me when Shep came out of the mine. Somehow I managed to get from point #2 to point #1 but couldn't go back again. Eventually gave up and returned to the Normandy so they would drop me back out in the Mako, then went after Haliat.

I was a little misleading, the mako's not right there at the mine exit. It's down over the edge of a cliff where Haliat's gang is waiting in case you survive the mine. If you bring up the map in-game, you should see an icon for the mako. Place a marker on that and head for it on foot; you'll come to the cliff edge soon enough.

I'll keep that in mind next time. I'm starting to remember to use the destination markers more often. Forgot they were there during the first part of the game, and I would get hopelessly lost without them.

I like to end it on a high note, Shepard's final conversation with Anderson. A lot of good quotes there too.
