Don't know if these have been posted yet (too lazy to go through 30+ pages), but I'll go with these two from ME1; the first is one of the famous elevator conversations on the Citadel:

 

Kaidan: I haven't spent much time with Krogan before, Wrex. I have to say, you're not what I expected.
Wrex: Right Because you humans have a wide range of cultures and attitudes, but all Krogan think and act exactly alike.

 

This next one's from Feros:

Krogan: Dammit! Tell me what I want or I blast your virtual *** into actual dust!
VI: Please contact your supervisor for a Level 4 security exemption or make an appointment with--
Krogan: Stupid machine!
VI: If there is nothing else, please step aside. There is a queue forming behind you for the use of this console.

I love that scene on Feros. First thing that went through my mind at that part was "stupid machine!"

That Feros scene has good written dialogue, but the goofy ME1 delay between spoken lines robbed it of a lot of its comedic impact.

Anderscum is an idiot when he says, too bad it took the reapers to unite everyone.  Of course, after James says that line, dumb dumb follows up with, that's what I meant. No its not you idiot otherwise you would've said that the first time.

I wanted to jump into the game and respond on Kaidan's behalf, with: "Gay. Can I call you gay?"

 

Thankfully, this wasn't an auto-dialogue moment.
