At the time, the word held no meaning for him. If shep is lucky, it still doesn't.
James' response suggests 'relaxing' isn't quite the right word.
Well, his DNA is made up of many warlords, I guess he found it appropriate to degrade himself as being unworthy of having the bloodline of very notable krogans.
As for James, that part had its pun...Lol! I like it when Kaidan wanted to volunteer.

Possibly. I always had the impression that, other than knowing how to function - aand how to kill - very little of Okeer's imprints worked on Grunt. For example, he knew that he was supposed to hate turians and salarians, etc. But he had to discover why he should hate them. It's kinda hard to put into words what I'm trying to say... but it's like Grunt had to find his own connections to the memories Okeer gave him.

You mean on how to be a krogan? Well, he did do some extranet research as well. LOL! It was fun to read on that information. But yeah, I think I know what you're saying, and besides the rite and all, he still had to find the meaning to what it was to be krogan. Learning about those whom krogan despise, culture, and all those colorful stuff....

I loved Grunt's info on the shadow broker ship. But yes, that's what I'm trying to say. And in the conversations you have with him, like when he describes the krogan pulling back the turian's armor plating with a claw hammer, you can see that he's learning what he's meant to learn.

Some pretty brutal imprints from Warlord Okeer considering he's like over 1,000.

Yep, and it seemed like he was holding on to all the old grudges krogan are supposed to be holding on to.

Think peaceful thoughts! Krogans and asaris are the only races that can hold a grudge that actually lasts. For salarians, it's a couple of weeks...
"And I appreciate that, but the Geth aren't alive. They're just machines. Machines that got hacked by the reapers...and they need to be shut down."
Mordin: Aware krogan females find scars attractive. Garrus loyal, reasonably intelligent. Bit aggressive. Almost like krogan.
Eve: For the last time doctor, I'm not interested.
^girl you crazy
T'soni: I know people who would pay a great deal for the design.
Xen: I'm open to offers.
Shepard: Maybe I wasn't clear before. I will destroy anyone and anything that allies with the reapers

This looks new (to me), where does Shepard say this?

After doing the Geth server mission or saving Koris mission, the Geth VI(Legion is dead or given to Cerberus in ME2) talks about a Geth processing unit and says its indictive of life. At which point Shepard gets a renegade interrupt where he/she says that line
*yahg breaks out of STG lab*
Shep: Watch out, there goes the next Shadow Broker
Garrus: Could've sworn I heard him mutter "T'Soni" the whole time.
Liara: Not funny.

I meet the criteria to get that line in my current playthrough...woot

I thought for sure the thing was going to pounce on us, and when he didn't and i got that exchange next, it made me laugh.
To date, my favorite is still...
Ashley: Why is it that whenever someone says "with all due respect" they really mean "kiss my a^s?"

She will say the same thing during the evacuation scene to Shepard
Javik: Your quarian seems pleased with your choice. Perhaps she will reward you with a reproductive ritual.
At the Geth Dreadnought in place of Tali
Admiral Xen: ..The geth sent reinforcements to the bridge, but they were quite amenable to one of my hacking routines. They're doing a lovely dance right now. In a moment, they're going to serve refreshments.
Ashley: No honor among thieves

Oh space Morrigan. I can't kill off Tali, but I wish you could get this line somehow with her alive.

I like what a few squadmates say about that

Balak: [Grunt] You humans think you're so superior.
Balak: But you're no better than us. I gave you a chance to save them and you threw it away [cough]. Who's the real terrorist here?
Shepard: [Fire warning shot]
Balak: [laughs] You'll have to do better than that if you want to stop us.
Balak: [coughs] One day soon, the human race is going to pay for what it's done.
Shepard: [Graze him]
Balak: [grunting] Damn it. [grunting] You think killing me will make a difference?
Balak: The batarians have stayed hidden long enough. We won't be ignored. Not anymore.
Balak: There are thousands more like me, waiting their turn. Each one willing to die for our cause.
Shepard: [Wound Him]
Balak: Argh! What! What do you want? Details? It doesn't matter [cough]. Its too late for you.
Balak: [coughs] Just kill me. Get it over with.
Shepard: [Smiles] Gladly. *Gun Shot*
On mission to Cyone:
Liara: "Something terrible happened here."
Ashley: "What was your first clue?"
Liara: "The tension in your face, Lieutenant Commander."
On mission to Kallini, when encountering dead asari commando:
Javik: "My people would never let monsters like these walk among them."
Liara: "Why? Did they not want the competition?"
