I believe he was able to generate a biotic field through tech originally. It can still be heard and seen in-game, but save editing is needed to do this, but the game will crash as Mordin's part was never finished.

This is an alternative dialogue to Grunt's death when he leads the second firing team while you and the biotic specialist run through the Seeker Swarms. The actual dialogue is in-game is different. Grunt pants a lot during this alt. dialogue of his.

Originally, everyone could succeed in the firing team when you are helping the tech specialist out with the vents. This is Grunt's success dialogue when the team is suppressing fire for the tech specialist to close the doors.

Ah okay, I was connecting "brought the clan home" with bringing the crew back safe, but dying in the attempt. I was close, heh.

Well, the dialogue is secret and it's impossible to get it through a regular playthrough. The dialogue is probably non-canon'd as a trait for Mordin since Mordin is not a biotic.

Well, Grunt doesn't have this dialogue in-game. Only the actual squadmates who can succeed in doing this will say it given that they are loyal and the tech specialist is loyal and can do the task and succeed.  

 

When I said the Suicide Mission being easy PC, it meant that the Suicide Mission would succeed and no one would die on the Collector base regardless of who you picked for a particular task(of course, it still has to be the ones that are listed as a potential squadmate for the job).

Most of the time I play the good cop to Wrex's bad cop. But this time Wrex isn't here and I don't let Wreav speak for me, heh.

When Wrex is on the mission, I like to let him charge in and blow off some steam, then I'll go in and calm things down. With Wreav... if he wants to get himself shot, go for it. I'll be badass enough to let the salarians know they'll have to deal with me afterwards.
