I shot Ash in my last playthrough, but I was the one who shot Udina. I don't remember it playing out quite like that.

Ash. In all my playthroughs Zaeed has never died. He's as indestructible as Grunt.

About Ashley, I believe she'll be a major b*tch if you were mean to her on Mars and then you never visited her. I had some playthroughs where I didn't enter the Citadel until the Rannoch arc excluding Cerberus Coup.

I was never nice to Ash in that game, but I did visit her in the hospital, (without a book of poetry).

As long as you visit her at least once, you can still save her. You can still save her if you never visited her, but I believe Thane or Kirrahe must sacrifice themselves so that Ashley does not see the fraud evidence. Lol, and how the hell did Udina know that the Councilor died? Doesn't that even make him more suspicious since he even had a recording of it.
