"I will DESTROY you!" (Me1 enemies, jack in me2, and the biotic in me3 imitating jack)
"Taking casualites!". It´s delicious to kill Cerberus troops. Geth enemies as well.
Basically all the paragon talks you can have with tali and garrus in me1 inside the normandy.
Not really a line, but the face-palm Liara´s father does in me2 when verner explains that his wife was very supportive in sending him away,
Thane introduction in me2, when he prays for the asari he just killed in cold blood. Shepard comments that she was wicked, and thane says the prayer is for himself. When shep explains that he´s needed for a suicide mission, thane says that a suicide mission would do nicely as his final job, since he´s dying and seeking redemption, while trying to make this dark universe something brighter.
The part in which male shep recites the prayer book for thane and kolyat in me3. Mark Meer is a superb voice actor. One of the very few times I was saddened by the death of a fictitious character.
Thane´s trailer: "Sometimes, I feel regret. Sometimes, I feel remorse. But most of the times... I feel nothing."
"This one wishes he was still in a refrigerator!"
"I am the very model of a scientist salarian..." (everybody sing along!)
The pureblood in ME2, when she´s convinced that there´s enough grief in this galaxy and she does not need to add to it.
When you let saren´s assistent escape, and one of your squad-mates says you enjoyed doing that.
When you do a very similar scene in grunt´s recruitment in me2, with a mercenary, and Mordin says you´ve added insult to injury.
The whole "I am a biotic god" segment. That was totally hilarious.
Shep: Good luck!
Legion: Acknowledged.
Sometime later:
Legion: Shepard Commander... Good luck.
Shep: Acknowledged.
When Leviathan is intrigued by Shepard´s anomalous and continuous success during his journey, so he looks at the microscope and says he must understand why. This scene reminded me of the wormhole aliens at deep space 9.
Both the paragon and renegade final lines Shepard says to leviathan, convincing him to join the battle.
"You used me as bait????"
Javik warning Edi (disconnected from the normandy´s systems) to beware of the airlock.
Garrus asking if he´s the only one who misses the talks during the long citadel elevator rides.
"Anybody gives you trouble, go for the eyes."
The whole segment with the drunk tali at the bathroom.
The scene in which Dr. Archer explains he betrayed the illusive man and says that if he wanted to work with the devil, all he had to do was to look at himself in a mirror.
When Miranda sides with you and shuts up TIM.
When Kasumi compares Edi and Joker to an old-married couple, and then repeats the scene with Javik and Liara.
The 2 times Javik can say "Kneel before javik."
"I told liara that protheans invented electricity."
After bashing everything from this generation as being vastly inferior to his own, Javik sleeps with femshep and is amused to discover that primitives are good at one thing.
When you convince Javik to let go of the past and embrace a future that is still out there waiting for him, and he contemplates, after a whole existence for war, that there´s more to life than it, and wonders what peace will feel like.
When, after more than a few drinks, Wrex and Ash argue about their dispute on virmire. Ash says that she would indeed shoot if if he did not back down (we know it to be true) and Wrex says he respects her for it.
When Edi says Joker´s outrageous dancing resembles Shepard´s..
Shep to the clone: "Are you kidding me???? Conrad Verner is a better Shepard than you!!!"
"Vega to *nickname*."
"*nickname* here."
The whole segment with Mel inside Purgatory. You know, the female soldier trying desperately to be "one of the guys".
The two asari on illium talking about purebloods and drug-addiction.
After you beat Grunt´s loyalty mission (I can´t remember if you need to destroy the enemy) Edi says that Grunt has received many invitations from female Krogan to bear kids with him, and there´s also one request for Shepard.
Mordin dying in me2: "Tell them.. I.. held.. the... line."
"If you need a problem... ask a..." This line has more power than the punch you can deliver to the reporter.
"Nobody gets left behind."
"I´m tired of being locked in time capsules."
"Don´t be stupid, human. It was obviously a clone!"
All the scenes in which the expression "big, stupid, jellyfish is used" (Me1, Me3 blasto movie, ME3 citadel, me3 kasumi´s mission).
Me2 shadow broker, when at the end you can reunite with your Love Interest Liara, and the me1 love theme plays "I need to know that you´re always coming back." Again, mark meer does a superb job.
There are sooo many priceless lines in all 3 games.
But my favorite of all lines is the one in my signature. "We will fight. We will sacrifice. And we will find a way. That´s what humans do."

I liked the part in Citadel where Garrus, Shepard, and Wrex get trapped in the vault. While Shepard struggles with the sudden insecurities about his word choice Garrus is having a parallel realization about his use of the word 'calibrating'. I thought that scene was pretty easily worth the $15.00.

Legion's final words: "Keelah se'lai"
Garrus after the Geth Armature attacks on Haestrom: "Definitely like old times!"
Shepard and Kolyat reciting the prayer book for Thane.
Vigil: "In the end, your salvation lies not in understanding them, but in stopping them."
The students at Grissom Academy talking about Jack: "The psychotic biotic!" "I will destroy you!"
Shepard talking about Illusive Man after the Collector Ship ambush: "He tries that again and the Collectors will be the least of his worries."
Shepard: "Best seats in the house."
Illusive Man: "I wish you could see it as I do, Shepard. It's so ... perfect ... "
Shepard: "So the Illusive Man was right after all."
Shepard: "I fight for freedom. Mine, and everyone's. I fight for the right to choose our own fate. And if I die, I'll die knowing that I did everything I could to stop you. And I'll die free."

Dr. Michel's side quest in ME1, when you have to go to Morlan's shop in the wards. I like the charm/paragon option to talk the krogan merc out of continuing with his blackmail.
"You sure that's wise? It's a medical clinic. Someone might need treatment. You might need treatment."
Meer's delivery of that line makes me happy.

Thane: That may go down in history as the shortest interrogation ever.
Shepard: Hostages only work when your enemy cares if they live.
Thane: Interesting solution.
Shepard: He was a racist and a criminal. Isn't that enough?

Haha ,still don't understand how's that Renegade just saying. As my Shepard's, is technically still a specter, so I'm not lying lol. I just wished the paragon option was saying something like I" don't think you want too ****** off a specter, now do you Mr. Bullim?"
"The renegade option could be "I'm a specter, so talk or, I throw you too the wolves." They make them seem like little girls or a wussy in paragon mode.
I'm not a wussy, I'm Commander Alexandra Shepard the badass who save the Citadel and sadly died saving the galaxy from the reaper threat... My canon Shepard is dead but destroyed the sex bot and reapers.

This is the paragon/renegade's system fault. They made paragon "diplomatic" (alas a self-righteous wimp in most lines) and renegade funny/jerkass, with very few exceptions. It's hard to roleplay and find a balance because of the points unless you use gibbed, which is what I did for my canon renegon.
Some more renegade Shep lines:
Asari: "I supply a full money-back guarantee if the stuff doesn't work!"
Shep: "That doesn't help me when I'm dead due to equipment failure"
"Alright, you spawned. Organic species tend to do that."
Jack: "Hey, Cheerleader, my haircut and I've been fighting brutes and marauders on the frontlines of this war. Meanwhile, you got your big, bubbly, butt kicked by some guy with a *sword*!
Miranda: "You see, Shepard? Best of friends."
Shepard: "Honestly, I thought it might help if you two just kissed and got it over with."
Miranda: "What?"
Shepard: "I mean, this is all just sexual tension, right? Two powerful biotics, forceful personalities, confident in their sexuality."

I'm diplomatic but still sound firm instead of making them out to be the idealist wussy. That would require more than two dialogue choices or the abolition of paragon/renegade points. Renegade isn't evil though, it's more on the chaotic side. That's why threats and action interrupts are usually renegade.

Shepard: No. He Wouldn't.

Honestly, your dislike of Vasir borders on irrational.
You replace "Vasir" with "Liara" and you sum up half the people on this board.
Seriously, where the hell is the Vasir love coming from? Her circular logic is almost as bad as the friggin' Catalyst.
"The Shadow Broker helped me save lives so I'm gonna help him kill innocent people."
If the Shadow Broker's goon squad was anything approaching subtle she might have had a case for her little rant against Shepard but she lost the moral highground when she willingly assisted in bombing a building.
