Lol! Grunt has only had whatever was on the Normandy and on Tuchanka. Grunt doesn't understand the urgency of margaritas, I mean, Shepard hasn't eaten or drank anything since leaving Vancouver.

I've never personally got them, but I think you need Vega as one of your squadmates, or you need to prolong your fight against Razor Squad on the Citadel DLC.

Ah, there's the problem... err, and the Vega thing too. Now that I think about it, I've never picked him as a squadmate for any part of the DLC.

you get those lines with razor squad when they pop up from the floor the sound of gunfire tends to drown them out. You don't need vega in the squad but it makes him easier to hear if he is.

 

Its just before or after "Glyph lower their morale" might be closer to when the merc is arguing with liara about glyph annoying him during the fire fight.
