This isn't word for word, but it's something like this.
Tali: "Don't ask about the ship name."
*Immediately afterwards*
Shepard: "Your ship's named the Qwib Qwib?"
Shepard certainly has evolved above the need for tact. A different ascension.

Please don't touch that.
As I said commander don't touch that.
Again I would ask you to refrain from touching that.
Perhaps don't touch that means something different in your language.
I would rather not refer this matter to the human embassy.
Touch it all you want you'll never find out what it does.
Are humans so deprived of stimulus that they must insist on touching everything?
I'm afraid if you keep touching that you risk a diplomatic incident.
Further manipulation of that object is grounds for further admonishment.
Really! You must stop touching that!
Once more the Salarian union requests that you not touch that.
Fine if you are so enamoured of that object I suggest you get your own faeces analyser.
We've already been down that road commander. No more.

Garrus does have some good one liners in ME3.
"Raise your hand if you haven't died yet"
"if we were we wouldn't be hitting anything!"
Tali: i'm just using you for your body Vakarian
Garrus: That's so mean.....and I like it!

Chakwas: Ah, Shepard... you know, I just realized... you never called me by my first name.
Shepard: Well, neither did you.
*When Shepard makes a headshot during gameplay*
Grunt: I was shot there once!
TIM: Shepard, you're in my chair.
Javik: I didn't survive this long to die on a ladder!
Shepard: Great. You pissed the captain off and now I'm going to pay for it.
Joker: Pfft, don't blame me. The captain's always in a bad mood.
Kaidan: Only when he's talking to you, Joker.

Liara: Joker, really? I have work to do.
Joker: Aw, come on it’s just one simple question.
Liara: Then look it up on the extranet.
Joker: You can’t believe everything you find there, it’s more reliable to ask a friendly asari.
Liara: I’m not telling you if my “hair tentacles” move!
Joker: Fine. Deny me the answer I’ve been seeking for years. With this war on, we could die at any second, you know.
Shepard: You know he’s going to keep bothering you till you tell him.
Liara: [sigh] They’re semi flexible cartilage-based scalp crests that grow into shape. And they don’t “flop around”.
Joker: Yes! Thanks Liara, I gotta tell Vega I was right.
Liara: Well, at least he’s making friends.

Kar'Danna: Get that damn thing off my ship, before you start an incident that makes the
Ascension Project fiasco with Cerberus look like a slow day on garbage detail!
shep: You're defending your ship. I respect that, but don't try to intimidate me, captain.
Kar'Danna: Or what?
shep: Or I take off this mask and breathe germs all over your nice clean ship.
Kar'Danna: I'm letting you aboard as a favor to Tali. The geth is too much. Leave it on your ship....
shep: The geth is with me. I'll take responsibility for it.
Kar'Danna: The hell you will! This is my ship. If it goes hostile it's my responsibility. I want no part of it... I'm letting you aboard as a favor to Tali. The geth is too much. Leave it on your ship.
shep: This is your ship and I'm a guest, but Legion is part of my team. Unless you want to shoot me, we're both coming aboard.
Kar'Danna: Or I could kick you both off. No one here likes geth or Cerberus. I can't gaurantee your safety.
Tali: I can guide them away from the more militant elements of the crew.
Kar'Danna: There are a lot more militants these days, Tali'Zorah, and given the charges against you it's only getting worse.
Tali: What do you mean?
shep: If Legion gets out of line, I'll take it out myself. If you know my record, you know I've killed hundreds of them.
Kar'Danna: Why should I believe you?
Tali: Captain, if Legion acts suspiciously I'll kill it. You know that.
Kar'Danna: Tali'Zorah, you never stop causing me trouble. (to guards) Marine detail, return to guard positions. (to shep) You get one chance, but given the charges against you, Tali, you're doing yourself no favors.
Tali: What do you mean?
Upper-right dialogue response:
shep (to Legion) : I'm sorry. I'll have to ask you to return to the Normandy.
Legion: Apology unnecessary. Distrust between geth and creators is normal. *leaves*
Kar'Danna: Thank you, commander. Trust me, Tali, given the charges against you, I'm doing you a favor.
Tali: What do you mean?
Kar'Danna: They're charging you with bringing active geth into the fleet as part of a secret project.
Tali: That's insane! I never brought active geth aboard. I only sent parts and pieces.
shep: You sent geth materials back to the migrant fleet?
Tali: Yes. My father was working on a project. He needed the materials. If I sent back something that was only damaged, not permanently inactive... No, no I checked everything. I was careful.
Kar'Danna: Technically I'm under orders to place Tali'Zorah under arrest pending the hearing... so, Tali, you're confined to the ship until this trial is over.
Tali: Thank you, captain.
Kar'Danna: Preparations got underway as soon as you arrived. The hearing is being held in the garden plaza. Good luck.
First, I approve of that interrupt.
Second, I think paragon shep sounds the most badass. Too bad we didn't get ambushed by some of those militant quarians, maybe on the way back from the Alerei. And then, depending on how you deal with them maybe you're too late to keep Tali from getting exiled. That would have been kinda cool.
Third, Tali is charged with bringing active geth into the fleet. She denies it saying she only sent parts and pieces. She boarded the ship with an active geth. She's guilty. Shortest trial ever.

You gotta love that entire scenario.
It's probably one of the funniest scenes, and at least the quarians aren't as blind as the council is, obviously. Legion is not a trophy...

Shepard: Sounds familiar.
Clone: You're just cybernetics! Scarred, worn-out Cerberus tech!
Shepard: You know where I got those scars? Feros and Noveria and Virmine and Ilos! At the Collector base and Palaven and Tuchanka and Rannoch and Thessia! I earned these scars protecting the galaxy! You got yours from a petri dish!
