My ears are telling me that Keith also does Executor Pallin from ME1. But there's no info anywhere on who's voice it is sadly. Though Elias and Pallin have very similar ways of talking with kinda coarse voice. And those darn voice actors make it even harder if they are really good at doing different voices

They do sound similar, but I don't think they're the same.

It's amazing though, how a voice actor can do Elias and this guy, and we normally won't even recognize, that it's the same freaking voice. And Szarabajka has a really unique voice too.

It's not in-game. I was searching around game files, and I found some favorite lines. Most of your crew members(including past members)have unused dialogue that indicates a much more different layout of the London base.

Finished the first part of the citadel DLC, now doing all the meetups before the party. EDI came over to do some shopping, and for the first time ever I didn't take the paragon interrupt when she's about to buy Joker the skycar:
