We've had the worst lines of the series come across a lot. I don't remember having one for our favourite, but of course I could be wrong.

 

One of my favourites is:

Going back through the entire ME series for the third time, hearing this in ME3 from Cerberus troops never gets tired.

I love the scene between garrus and shepherd on the citadel (with the sniper contest) it's a real bromance moment.

I think some of the best lines in any bioware game are between your squad mates. Tally and legion had some great moments and jack and samara could be quite interesting too.

It's not really a line, but if you play the scene in ME1 where you find the two scientists hiding in a shed as a renegade, its hilarious. It really caught me by surprise the first time I played and I just burst out laughing.

Scientist: What was that for? You can't just go around whacking people in the head!

Kaiden: That did seem a little extreme, Commander.

There are some great lines in ME1 you can get by not hitting the investigate options and going renegade when an enemy appears.

 

*Krogan: "Surrender.  Or don't, that would be more fun"

Shepard: "I don't have time for this, Charge!"

 

 

Asari on Noveria: "your mission ends here Shepard"

Shepard:  "She is surrounded by Geth and pointing a gun at us, somebody shoot her!"
