FemShep and Liara's conversation during the Lair of the Shadow Broker, fighting on the ship's exterior.

Shepard: You sure that thing is working?
Liara: It's illegal even on Illium. It didn't come with a warranty.
Shepard: But you tested it, right?

I don't know how Mark Meer did it, but Jennifer Hale is great here, also the cab of course "There we go!"

Yesterday I took Wrex and Javik to take down the clone and I heard these for the first time:

 

Javik: "Commander. In times like this, my people had an ancient saying: "kill him.""

 

Wrex: "Catchy. I like it."


Javik: "In my cycle, we flensed food from our teeth with our own biotic abilities."

 

Wrex: "Man, your cycle sounds like crap."

On the Geth dreadnought in ME3, Tali refusing to enter any vents if she was picked for that part of the Collector mission in ME2;

 

"I got set on fire!"

 

And Wrex's comment during the "I should go" scene in Citadel;

 

"Well, I thought all humans said it, like some kind of weird Earth custom or something."

Getting back to ME3 after 3 years when I used to play Insanity like a sissy. Changed my playstyle to more shotgun-in-your-face aggressive and Carnage all over the place. Mordin:

"Affinity for destruction still intact Shepard."

If that were true then Javik should indeed have had the fine biotic control necessary to open the hatch without having to break Traynor's toothbrush.  Javik, trolling as always.

The entire Sovereign conversation remains one of my favourite moments. This was the Reapers at their best, it really was the only motivation they needed.

A personal favourite lines though is at the end of Tali's loyalty mission in ME2. 

Shepard: You deserved better.

Tali: I got better Shepard. I got you.

Oddly it's that line that stopped me from ever having a Tali romance. She just seems too much like a daughter to Shepard.
