Considering that Mass effect 2 is going to be region locked, I'm assuming my xbox from Taiwan (do those count as PAL or NTSC or NTSC -J systems?) will be unable to play mass effect 2. Which is a total bummer because I just preordered the game = =;;

My next question is this, I live in America and therefore use the american xbox live stuff and usually games on demand won't work for me so will ME 2 DLC be the same?

Also If i purchase the game from play asia will it include the cerberus card considering i will be getting the PAl or asian version of the game?
