Here's mine! Worth noting: my original FemShep from pre-ME3 looked very similar to this, but in my recent playthrough, I tweaked her in ME1/ME2 and then modded in a custom hairstyle to make her look similar to ME3's Default FemShep, since by some stupid coincidence, BioWare designed Default FemShep along similar lines to what I used, even giving her a modified version of the same hairstyle in the same hair color along with green eyes, two of the most striking elements of my own custom Shepard. I only changed the eyebrows to black and added eyeshadow; everything else is more or less exactly how I had it my first time through.
A video of this Shepard can be viewed here.

Reputation: War Hero, single-handedly held off enemy forces during the Skyllian Blitz.
Combat Class: Vanguard
Bonus Power: Stasis
Alignment: Paragon with slight Renegade tendencies.
Political Leanings: Diplomatic, pro-cooperation, non-human-centric
Love Interests: Kaiden Alenko (deceased), Thane Krios (deceased)
Having seen the worst of human society growing up, Kylie was disillusioned of any notion that humans are in any sense better than aliens. As a result, she sees all alien races as equal "people" worth protecting and seeks diplomatic solutions to problems that benefit the galaxy at large, making her an ideal Spectre candidate in terms of racial priorities.
While normally polite, making attempts to talk down conflicts where possible, Kylie shifts her mannerisms to be aggressive when she judges diplomacy will lose her respect, a holdover from her days in the gangs. She also takes the chance to strike the first blow when she sees a chance to grab an easy advantage before a fight starts, and is also the kind of person willing to headbutt a krogan if it's the only way to get them to shut up. Her tendency to take risks for the greater good is only tempered by her incredible skill and willingness to set her idealism aside when she judges that there is no other option to take but the unpleasant one. The Citadel Council would experience the results of this firsthand when she risked the outcome of the Alliance's attack on Sovereign by opening the Citadel Mass Relay early, directing Alliance forces to save the Destiny Ascension instead of holding them back to guarantee a full-strength assault after the Citadel's arms had opened.
Kylie Shepard is a good friend to everyone she takes onto her crew and makes it a priority to help them when they need it, and in so doing she helped her entire squad resolve their personal troubles and lead them all out of the Collector Base alive, succeeding in rescuing the Cerberus crewmen of the Normandy along the way.
She had become increasingly reserved in matters of romance since leaving Kaiden Alenko to die on Virmire--where she opted to ensure the escape of the Salarian Special Tasks Group members along with Gunnery Chief Ashley Williams, believing this to be necessary to collaborate her story of what had happened to the Council . It took her growing interest and sympathy for the dying drell assassin, Thane Krios, to open her up again. Only time will tell if his eventual death will result in her becoming still more closed off. Further romantic pursuits would have to wait until the Reaper war's conclusion, although perhaps she took some sense of closure from her defeat of Kai Leng on Cronos Station that would make it easier for her to move on.
Shepard's relationship with Cerberus after the Lazarus Project was a bitter one, as she clearly recognized the Illusive Man's attempts to downplay the shadier aspects of the organization. She was openly antagonistic toward the Illusive Man and when presented with his proposal to preserve the Collector Base.
Kylie Shepard succeeded in uniting much of the galaxy against the Reapers and ensuring the safe arrival and activation of the Crucible on Earth. While she won a revolutionary victory by uniting the geth and quarian peoples during the war, she could not in good conscious risk trying to control the Reapers or bring herself to believe that a galaxy-wide organic-synthetic synthesis could work. She instead used the Crucible to destroy the Reapers, sacrificing her friend EDI and the entire geth consensus in the process. The Crucible was in good enough condition at the time of its activation that its energy dispersion was as stable as it could be, doing minimal damage to the Citadel and relays and allowing Shepard to narrowly survive its activation. Initially presumed dead, Kylie was later found by Council salvage and repair teams amidst the rubble aboard the Citadel.
