I started an me3 group and a member came to me about changing their rank name. I added a new rank and though I ticked the boxes for showing the group and adding news etc, the member ended up being locked out of the group.

 

I'm not sure if anyone else has come across this and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it.

I'd put that down to a technical issue. Never encountered it myself, but even the most isolated issues have occurred more than once. Try more internet surfing!
