Again, when did you pre-order? I'm trying to see if people who pre-ordered AFTER me has a copy that is being shipped while mine is still "processing"

i ordered mine dec 31 and i just got my shipping confimation late friday night (hawaii time). funny thing, friday afternoon i emailed the customer service about my order status. a few hours later, i got my shipping confirmation and ups tracking number. then today (saturday) i finally got a reply from customer service and they told me my order is still processing. man, customer service is clueless.
