When I play Fallout 4, I want to see my boner, I'm actually not joking. It would be nice if more FPS makers would admit that it's not the 90s anymore and let players see their feet instead of just making the PC a flying camera, but the only first person games I've played that let you see your feet are "Among the Sleep" and "Star Citizen. I want Bethesda to take this a step further though. I feel that the entire point of role playing games is to pretend that you're someone you're not, and I want my character to be some kind of a pervert. If I chop up a raider with a shishkebab, but then I look down and don't see my character's boner, it will totally break the immersion for me.

I'm sure there is a section of Fallout Nexus for you Ramsay.

I wasn't planning on playing as a woman, but if someone does want to play as a woman who gets hard when slaughtering raiders, why not?

Do you really think modders can pull it off? The people developing Star Citizen's FPS model say letting players look down at their body is really hard, something about having to move the eyes independently from the head to prevent players from getting motion sickness.

Yeah, I'm really shocked. No announcement from Bethesda for FO4...wasn't expecting that or anything. <_<

Pretty clear to me that the only franchise that's given any priority over there is ES. I honestly don't think they know what they want to do with it. Hell, according to TH, supposedly they were still tossing around ideas last year...LAST YEAR!...2013! Seriously.

Give the damn franchise to the adults over at Obsidian, then Bethesda can be freed up to do the rigorous work of "publishing" it, and puting their developers under unrealistic timelines with a super-crap engine and leave their pay bonuses up to a Meta-critic score....and it will still be a damn good game.

FO4 is going to be held back until for more than a year after ESO is out on consoles. Zenimax and Bethesda top brass don't want to cut their losses yet on ESO and releasing or even announcing FO4 will give their audience every reason to pass on ESO.

You can write off FO4 like Duke Nukem Forever and Half Life 3 as a game that will take a decade or more of waiting.

If 2015 is like 2014 and 2013 in video games, we should all quit gaming for good.

Dat Fallout 3 executive producer is either a troll or a ****** aka dumb person, cuz the equivalent of "butt" is censored.

@Obi Wan Da Homie, I had to download the picture from its source in order to read Nonsensical BS part.

If Kotaku is to be believed, Bethesda settled on Boston (which has been rumored forever) and were working on the game last year when Kotaku published this article: http://kotaku.com/le...t-in-1481322956

Now one thing that you'll notice is that the main character is supposedly going to be voiced which to that I say boo, because I like my RPG protagonists silent. I'm not entirely convinced that Kotaku is right, but they probably are. Still, an official confirmation from Bethesda would be lovely.

They are taking their time with the game. It's something I endorse heavily, especially after this year. The amount of unfinished, unpolished, and quite frankly, shitty games released this year was stunning to say the least.

They'll show it when it's ready and we won't have to put up with a brilliant, but broken, Obsidian game.

LOL, that's funny. I think Fallout 3 was the first RPG that I played, and it still holds a special place in my heart because of that. But if the next Fallout turns out to be nothing more than a Fallout 3 clone I will be very unimpressed.

I'll be more than grateful for brilliant and unbroken, no matter how long it takes. I'm good to go with long production times that will yield such. However, to not know, without ambiguity, that the next game in my favored franchise is actually in production is disheartening. There's simply no reason they can't give loyal fans a simple announcement, (especially since FO3 was released more than six years ago), and assuage them, with a simple comment that we'll show it, when its ready to show.

That's not asking for a lot. Good thing I'm still modding (and able to, for that matter!--thank the gaming gods) FONV. The game still has a ton of life left in for me.

A simple "Yeah, we're working it" announcement would be much appreciated.

The fact that they are remaining silent and keeping everyone in the dark is really all I need to know they are working on the game. I imagine it will be shown at next year's E3 and probably see a 2016 release. Maybe sooner if development is further along.
