The same mod is also available for New Vegas but Fallout 3 with Broken Steel really is the only game that requires a high power rifle like such, since normal weapons are pretty useless against albino radscorpions and super mutant overlords.

Seriously, you can take out anything close to a Behemoth in one shot if you're close enough.
But I like my maid costumes.
Though I do sometimes use the Stealth Suit to reverse pickpocket Super Mutant Overlords for fun (as long as they aren't carrying Tri-beam Laser Rifles).
My big 5 are.
1 Less **** user interface. The one in fallout 3 and NV is right out of a text book on how not to design one.
2 More and better voice actors. NV fixed this slightly but 3 we reused them to death. Every male ghoul has the exact same bloody voice actor.
3 Better physics.
4 Better animations.
5 Make the map less awful so you actually have some idea of where you're going. (This may go with the UI but I felt it needed a separate point.)
Just kidding. On a more serious note; Bethesda needs to do fix all the things they're **** at for FO4, like voice actors (we really need more than five voice actors) , UI, plot, actual repercussions from choices, just to name a few. Oh and less glitches that would be nice.
The saves would be split between the two players, and you don't get to have a human companion.
Three would be the maximum amount. And if they die, we would need something to resurrect them or, preferably, them have to make a new character from scratch.
A stronger connection between Fallout 3 and 1/2/New Vegas lore
Pop-culture references
5. A cooler Brotherhood of Steel. I loved the BoS in FO3, but they were horrible in NV.
Ironically, NV portrayed the Brotherhood as how they were before 3. The Outcasts behave more "Brotherhood" than the actual brotherhood. There's a lore reason for this.
I would like to see Fallout 4... but if I have to wait longer to get a Fallout game more like New Vegas and less like 3, I don't mind... too much.
The best thing about New Vegas, is that it brings Fallout back to it's roots, whereas 3 took it from it's roots further away than just turning it into a 3D sandbox game (did FO1 and 2 count as sandbox games?). New Vegas felt like a direct sequel. 3 just felt like it was a parallel universe. Don't get me wrong though, I loved Fallout 3.
I really want them to bring back the Cherchez la Femme and Confirmed Bachelor, as well as Black Widow and Lady Killer, and I hope they bring back Cyborg, which didn't appear in NV.
I have no opinions on where the game is located.
Apparently Three Dog is coming back. As much as I love Three Dog, I hope that if he is in 4, his inclusion makes sense story-wise - rather than it feeling like he's in the game for the sake of bringing him back.
It is unrealistic to want the the story of the game to be in a specific region, state or country.
But certainly better graphic, less bugs are what all of us (+90%) want.
Well, at least I want some other cool 40s-50s music.
Bing Crosby has a huge collection of songs. I want two or three of them. Maybe a song from Al Jolson, Ella Mae Morse, Ella Fitzgerald, Jimmy Dorsy, Nat King Cole, Duke Ellington an others.
Plus Some other Country and possibly Bluegrass legends.
One more: If there are going to be tons of (mostly junk) items you can pick up, just let us place them exactly where we want and what position we want (gravity ofcourse restricts...) If I got enough spare forks to write: "DIE YOU FREAKY MUTANTS" on the floor of my livingroom, just let me
What might be neat, just as something to find. Would be location specific radio signals, that when you listen to them you realize they're origin is outside the United States. Like Chinese music, or broadcasts in other languages. So far, we've gotten some idea of Canada & Mexico atleast. But if they were to give us any hint people survived elsewhere, radio signals would work really well.
