This has not been confirmed, they are looking into it and they are trying to make it work, but they have specifically said that it may not be possible.

Can`t you see your choices when you loaded DAO saves into DA2 ? Just write them down so in the worst case you have something to go off .

Yeah it sucks, i have recently played through DA:O and DA2 again (recently as in i just finished DA2 about 3 days ago) so right now everything is fresh. But in 4 or 5 months time i am totally gonna forget most decisions, hopefully they either find a way to allow you to import saves into the keep, or at least make the keep very user friendly with videos/audio commentary.

If you've really forgotten your decisions, how would you know if the game was doing them wrong?

But if you don't remember the decision you probably wouldn't even notice. I mean the save imports are already buggy as hell giving us wrong plot decisions and changing life or death choices. So if you wouldn't remember anyways I don't understand the problem.

Right now I am replaying Dragon Age 2 on my Playstation 3, but I don't know why  probably just to be a time-killer until my Drakengard 3 comes out on May 20th.

See previous saves are Null & Void Useless. Mainly you can not do a Direct Import Method aka ME Trilogy did this being ME 1 into ME 2 then ME 2 into ME 3. with the PS3 version using the inter-active comic called GENESIS asking questions about previous ME 1 then import those into ME 2.

However the GENESIS deal was really crappy as you did not get any inter-action on the PS3 version with the GENESIS import being no Conrad, No Helena Blake, ETC only deals that mattered where Who did you save, who dies, & your LI Choice.

I am thinking the DK APP will be done & handled in a similar fashion, Asking us Key Questions throughout Origins, & 2 + DLC Content being The Witch Hunt, Golems of Ammarak, The Awakening, Legacy, Exile Prince, MOTA, ETC.

You would be asked Who your LI was, such as mine in DA 2 was Female Hawke Mage who sided with the Mages, Her LI is Isabella,

Then other questions would be did you side with Orisna or Merdith or did you say I would rule Kirkwall.

Another deal would be Did you take your SIbling on the Expedition in DA 2 such as Carver or Bethany.

In Origins it would be

Did you do the Morrigan Ritual

did you Kill The Arch Demon

Who did you put on the Throne Allistair or Anora or did you exile Allstair.

Who was your LI see my Warden is a Human Male Noble who LI is Morrigan, then Did the Dark Ritual then went through the Mirror with her in The Witch Hunt DLC.

Others would be did you Defile the Sacred Ashes of Andraste.

Did you Save the Dalish Elves or did you Side with the Wolves

Did you make Harrowmount or did you make Bliehn King.

These are just key examples of what you would do in Dragon's Keep.

The biggest questions on Dragon's Keep are still up in the air & a mystery only the vaguest of details have been revealed on DK.

But the biggest ones have yet to be answered.

1. What Kind of Internet Connections does the Keep Require.

2. Can I use 56K Dial Up Internet for Dragon's Keep - Keep in mind Most in the US do not have High Speed or even Wi Fi

3. Can I use a USB Flash Drive to Upload from my Laptop to my Playstation 3 consoles

4. Is Dragon's Keep a FREE APP

I have more questions on DK APP but these are the biggest questions that Bioware has yet to Answer.

I have so many saves from so many games  including the dlcs that I actually would prefer not to import.

Will I have the option to just answer a series of questions and be done with it? Can I do that for each replay?

For some reason Bioware seems to be largely ignoring the Keep altogether or are just waiting for the right time to reveal more on how the DK Keep will work & what is required to use the DK KEEP.

No one knows how the DK Works in general. or rather or not you would be able to do just a Brief Survey of Questions or do you have to cover every bit of the previous games & their DLC Content which is a Lot of Content.

Hopefully the DK APP will offer us Quick Fixes for those that do not want to go through Question for Question from previous games or have Pre-Selected Keep World States available to choose from being like in DA 2 you had Selections to choose from if you didn't import Origins into DA 2.

The Keep could do a similar deal offering a Pre-Loaded Keep File with Premade Selections already picked out for us being DEFAULT-SELCTIONS this way you can begin Inquisition Quicker than you would going through each individual Question 1 by 1. This is my IDEA on how to do the KEEP.

1. Make PRE-LOADED KEEP FILES - DEFAULT SELECTIONS

2. Shorten the Lines of Questioning to make the PROCESS OF IMPORTING FASTER

3. Only Pick Key Critical Moments in the Previous games being the Biggest OMG Moments.

4. Make it a way to see our Previous Hawke & Warden in Inquisition to be a NPC to inter-act with the Inquisitor. Being either a Enemy trying to Stop the Inquisitor or being a Ally to Help the Inquisitor along the way. Sort of like Flemeth did in previous games helping out Hawke & The Warden.

I have more ideas on how to make the Keep a Easy to Access deal, & also how to Shorten the DK System to make it a Faster Process cause people like above poster wanna zoom through the DK & begin Inquisition Fairly Quickly.

While people like me are Perfectionists & will take their time on the DK System to make sure to have the Pefect World State ready to import into Inquisition.

So they need to make it a way to make it for People like me & then make it for people like Previous Poster.

The reason is that it's still in Beta testing. Lots of posters here have seen the keep, but they're under a NDA.

I guess us Normal Poor folks have to wait until the game is almost Released or on its Release to fully understand & be able to use DK APP.

If the DK APP will not let us use 56K Dial Up then I will have to take my Laptop & my Playstation 3 to my Relatives cause here at my Home I must rely on 56K Dial Up but I guess Bioware thinks everyone in the US has an internet connection.

I am not the only person who is stuck with 56K dial up & they are still tons of 56Kers out their we just live in Isolated areas.

I hate big cities & towns & I would never move from my home.

So I guess people like me & those who are on 56K Dial Up since Bioware had to kick us in the nuts & cancel out Normal Means of Import being a Direct Import will be forced to play Inquisition on its BARE-BONE DEFAULT SELECTIONS.

I am thinking of seriously trading my previous 2 games & deleting all of its DLC Content since previous saves are USLESS & do not work on Inquisition being a Direct Import Method aka ME Trilogy style. ME 1 into ME 2 then ME 2 into ME 3.

People who are expecting that are going to be pissed when they buy Inquisition will realize that DK is the only way to import.

I know DK Fixes Bugs but I still would prefer NORMAL DIRECT IMPORT.

I know that DA Keep is still in beta testing.

With that said, i still want to ask about the: I had my warden sacrifice herself at the end of DAO; however, my import into DA:Awakening brought her back to life...will DA Keep fix this and see that she is dead and that an orlesian warden is now in charge? For some reason this always bugged me.

I don't mind if the Keep system is either an import of our saves or a questionnaire on choices; either way is fine by me.

I don't see what the big deal is.  I expect that I'll need to refresh my memory on a few names and choices as I go through the Keep, but think of it as a review of the past two games.  Keep the Dragon Age wiki open in one tab while building your save in another.

Dude, we all have the same information. Perhaps the reason we don't have more information is because they are still working out the details. It's in beta. That means they're trying to figure out what is working and what isn't. They can't give you information they do not yet have. They are not keeping quiet to snub you. Your sixty gajillionbillionumpty posts aren't being ignored for the sake of it. You will find out the information when they have SOLID INFORMATION TO GIVE.

So, please, for the love of Tom Brady, please...just chill out and maybe wait five minutes before your next wall of text post stating the same exact complaint.

And just to add to Whatnow12012's level of angst, what has  been confirmed is that there will not  be a direct "import" of DAO/DAA/DA2 saves to DAI.

It's the Keep, (which may-or-may-not have any capability to ingest uploaded saves) or one of the offered pre-set world-states.  That's it.

Besides the already discussed-to-death problems that were baked-in to the DAO->DAA->GoA->WH->DA2 progression, the difficulty of handling cross-platorm situations ("I played on the XBox before, but now I'm on the PS4!") really does mean that something like the Keep is the only way for DAI to honor players' previous choices and still be logically consistent going forward.

..but shouldn't be the ONLY way for game import / creation going forward.
