That is very curious. I'm still surprised they weren't all over bisexual romances in DA2. 
But to be fair to the Witcher series, it is very lacking in alien side boob. (Which, as you know is the single most corrupting influence on Americas youth).

that's DA:I concept art though, not in-game footage. In DA2 they were always exposed, even with their armored straps on their chests.
