I wouldn't expect any ME4 until 2015 at the earliest. It would be dumb for them to do anything to take away from the DAI hype train and make people go, "New Mass Effect? Well I'll just skip DAI and wait it out then!"

 

Aaryn Flynn said to expect info about the next Mass Effect in 2014... Nothing is stopping Bioware from showing off two games (Michael Gamble said in a tweet that there was enough room for both franchises to get some attention.) Let's also not forget how DAO and ME2 released only 3 months apart ... Saying they shouldn't show any ME4 because of DAI is illogical.

That's all it really could be. I'm not expecting an info blow out. Just look at the teaser for ME2. Nothing major was shown, just enough to peak some interest.

Hype and awesomeness, to be honest.  I do want this game to be successful.  I don't really expect much content from E3, since it's mainly a hype machine for games that inevitably turn out to be pretty terrible.  Let Bioware show actual content at the smaller events, where it will still be heard.

I think it's been mentioned that we'll have origin stories, but they won't be playable. Some people (not devs, as far as I'm aware) have been guessing this means something like Mass Effect's backgroun choices. Don't quote me on this though, the last I heard about origins was a while ago and I don't know if things have changed.

 

I haven't heard about the origins in quiet some time too, i mainly meant it as what the choices of your origin would be.
