In the Main Menu, click on the Downloadable Content button and the resulting screen should provide some information (it's a little bit different for each platform). Look for the Warden's Peak entry. On PC, you want that to be on the third tab (which indicates that it was successfully downloaded) and you'll want a checkmark beside it to indicate that it's been enabled. On Consoles, you simply want it to say "Downloaded". If all of that's good, you should be able to walk up to Levi and ask him to guide you to the Keep.
Remember that Warden's Peak is paid content and does need to be purchased (although you receive a redemption code for it if you purchase the Collector's Edition, I believe).
Hope that helps!

Bioware dude, no! Warden's Keep comes only with the Digitial Deluxe Edition which is only available via download. The Collector's Edition does not get it for free. People are quite confused about all the promo stuff and getting incorrect information from a Bioware employee will not help anything.
Great game, though.

If Levi continues to have an exclamation mark, that's a sign that the Warden's Peak content hasn't been enabled (or that you still need to speak with him one last time once the content has been enabled).

I payed for and DL'd it on Day 1. I believe that file is corrupted.
Here's what a few of us have done to fix it and get rid of that annoying exlamation mark and get it on our maps:
Go to Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/AddIns
Delete the folder: dao_prc_nrx_1
Go to your Downloadable Content area and Warden's Keep should be listed under the tab Download Progress. Click it and reinstall. Go to your camp and get rid of that pesky exclamation mark and get your new map marker!
Hope this helps, it did for me! Thanks!

I have a problem with the DLC.
The NPC is not there. Once, before I redeemed my DDE code I spoke to the NPC and told him I would think about it. I haven't seen him since. The Warden's Keep DLC is installed now and he STILL is not there. All the journal says is that 'stop in camp and maybe the NPC will show up." but he does not.
(I have all of the DLC installed. Yes it shows in the DLC menu. Yes its enabled.)

I tried this trick, now I'm probably screwed. I have the code for Warden's Keep. And now it's not listed under Download Progress, it's under Available. But if I try to download it in game, it tells me I already own it, and to go to the Download tab in the main menu or do it in the journal.
How can I get it to show up? It won't even let me buy it (not that I want to) because it says i already own it.

2. Click on the refresh button next to your points balance in the Available Content tab

Of course I didn't delete the file, I just moved it. I'm not that crazy. But it refuses to let me download another one because it says I already own it. Kind of aggrivating, since this is why I chose the digital download instead of buying a hard copy. All of the other perks are in the game, Shale, the three items, etc.

Nope, didn't work. It automatically refreshes every time you start the game and go to the Downloaded Content section. The only options that are there is installed and enabled with no location on the map, or deleted and in the Available section.

The Content says It's enabled, but I can't use it at all. Perhapes it's the fact I went and updated to the 1.01 patch that is screwing things up?

Then copy the files to my regular gaming pc.
If it works (or it doesn't) I'll let you know

So...since I can't use the key again, then uninstall and reinstall isn't an option. Neither is installing on another computer. Does that mean my downloadable content is locked to one computer? Because that would really suck if that is the case.
Or, is there a place where we could download the full size folder out of the game? Let my game itself worry about whether I have legally purchased it or not, just give me the files themselves since we can't download it again through the game.
Edit: found a link to download the DLC files. It's here: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/81613

For Warden's keep the folder's name is dao_prc_nrx_1.
The folder's name is different but I did exactly that, redwnlded and it worked fine with my current save.
Enjoy
