hey guys.. i just tried going to the Warden's keep from the camp.. and after telling the NPC i'll help him... he tells me he'll mark it on my map, then meet me there... But he never marks it.. soon as the cutsceen ends, he's standing infrunt of me all over again with the yellow marker over his head.. Anyone else haveing this issue?

P.S. For some reason i had to 'register' my game on the forum to post again =(... last 2 days been posting easily.. this time it wouldnt let me till i registerd it?.. wonder if that mighta been what was up?.. fixing to log back in the game and check.

oh.. and one last thine.. in the Dwarf city.. do you HAVE to pick a side befor the story-arc progresses? or is there some way to get into the tunnles withough picking a side? (right now i have both of the 'go do this to prove your worth' quests in my log... though havent actualy told either of them i'd do it)

Hmmm...warden's keep works for me. I had to completely quit the game and restart, but it works, kinda. I thought it would be like camp where I can talk to all of my followers but none of them are around.

ok.,. here's the wierd part.. The Wardon's keep shows up in the Downloaded Content in the main game screen, shows up as 'active' in the mods window on the main screen, it shows up in the Downloaded Content in the Jurnal.. BUT.. it does NOT show up in the quest jurnal under 'premium' quests.... Is there a level limit or some other type of pre-reg befor your able to take that quest? Or am i going to have to find were my saved games are stored and re-install DA?

If Levi continues to have an exclamation mark, that's a sign that the Warden's Peak content hasn't been enabled (or that you still need to speak with him one last time once the content has been enabled).

In the Main Menu, click on the Downloadable Content button and the resulting screen should provide some information (it's a little bit different for each platform). Look for the Warden's Peak entry. On PC, you want that to be on the third tab (which indicates that it was successfully downloaded) and you'll want a checkmark beside it to indicate that it's been enabled. On Consoles, you simply want it to say "Downloaded". If all of that's good, you should be able to walk up to Levi and ask him to guide you to the Keep.

Remember that Warden's Peak is paid content and does need to be purchased (although you receive a redemption code for it if you purchase the Collector's Edition, I believe).

Hope that helps!

Bioware dude, no!  Warden's Keep comes only with the Digitial Deluxe Edition which is only available via download. The Collector's Edition does not get it for free. People are quite confused about all the promo stuff and getting incorrect information from a Bioware employee will not help anything.

Great game, though. :)

I payed for and DL'd it on Day 1. I believe that file is corrupted.

Here's what a few of us have done to fix it and get rid of that annoying exlamation mark and get it on our maps:

Go to Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/AddIns

Delete the folder: dao_prc_nrx_1

Go to your Downloadable Content area and Warden's Keep should be listed under the tab Download Progress. Click it and reinstall. Go to your camp and get rid of that pesky exclamation mark and get your new map marker!

Hope this helps, it did for me! Thanks!

Since it looks like the PC's question has been answered:

I have a problem with the DLC.

The NPC is not there. Once, before I redeemed my DDE code I spoke to the NPC and told him I would think about it. I haven't seen him since. The Warden's Keep DLC is installed now and he STILL is not there. All the journal says is that 'stop in camp and maybe the NPC will show up." but he does not.

(I have all of the DLC installed. Yes it shows in the DLC menu. Yes its enabled.)

I tried this trick, now I'm probably screwed. I have the code for Warden's Keep. And now it's not listed under Download Progress, it's under Available. But if I try to download it in game, it tells me I already own it, and to go to the Download tab in the main menu or do it in the journal.

How can I get it to show up? It won't even let me buy it (not that I want to) because it says i already own it.

1. Make sure that you are logged in (in game)

2. Click on the refresh button next to your points balance in the Available Content tab

Nope, didn't work. It automatically refreshes every time you start the game and go to the Downloaded Content section. The only options that are there is installed and enabled with no location on the map, or deleted and in the Available section.

Of course I didn't delete the file, I just moved it. I'm not that crazy. But it refuses to let me download another one because it says I already own it. Kind of aggrivating, since this is why I chose the digital download instead of buying a hard copy. All of the other perks are in the game, Shale, the three items, etc.

I'm having the same issue myself :(

Same issue here as the Original Poster and all. I can't seem to get the Warden's Keep content to work at all.

The Content says It's enabled, but I can't use it at all. Perhapes it's the fact I went and updated to the 1.01 patch that is screwing things up?

Ugh ok this is getting to be really messed up I think , cause uninstalling and reinstalling the game Doesn't work. I think the 1.01 patch messed up the DLC even forces me to have to Repurchase the content for the Warden's Keep DLC still even after a Uninstall even though I already purchased it. Can someone please give a work around that actually works and doesn't break everything?

I'm going to try installing DAO on my laptop, then download warden's keep on there... hopefully it downloads all 330mb this time...

Then copy the files to my regular gaming pc.

If it works (or it doesn't) I'll let you know

Ok that's interesting, my Warden's Keep folder is 237mb. I think that could be the issue. I'm going to do the same thing, install on my laptop and then ...wait a minute, it won't let me use the extra content key again, will it? So that won't work for me.

So...since I can't use the key again, then uninstall and reinstall isn't an option. Neither is installing on another computer. Does that mean my downloadable content is locked to one computer? Because that would really suck if that is the case.

Or, is there a place where we could download the full size folder out of the game? Let my game itself worry about whether I have legally purchased it or not, just give me the files themselves since we can't download it again through the game.

Edit: found a link to download the DLC files. It's here: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/81613

Same exact problem here.  Reall freaking annoying that not only has this NOT been fixed, but there are a million threads all over the 'net asking this same exact question and nobody's come up with a work-around.  BIOWARE, WTF, FIX YOUR CRAP!

I had the same problem and this fixed it:
social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/122652/

For Warden's keep the folder's name is dao_prc_nrx_1.

The folder's name is different but I did exactly that, redwnlded and it worked fine with my current save.

Enjoy :).
