Well those are two different things. I hate the chantry and would like to destroy it, but I don't hate mundies, they just need to be put in their place however.

As a mage he is his own representative, every person fights for what they personally believe. Anders wants to see the world a certain way, that way is - mages are free. Other peoples opinions on the matter are irrelevant.

They aren't a government, so they don't have a regime to be oppressive over.

Again, Anders' is gone. Justice is calling the shots. And I don't think you should use a Fade spirit to decide everyone's fate. He doesn't know how to even act in this world. He can't decide things for mages. He knows jack and sh*t about them. It's all abstract to him.

Justice doesn't decide anything. Anders corrupts Justice, not the other way around, All of Anders actions are the actions he chose on his own. Justice at most makes Anders act more aggressively, but it all still starts with Anders.
