Is the goal to just romance both Alistair and Leliana, or to romance them both and keep both romances active through the end credits (or someone dies)?
Doesn't she ask you what happened anyway? I think whatever you answer you still lose approval...er, though it's been a long time since I've done it, maybe not.
She'll be mad at you at camp, but you can use Coercion and lie to her IIRC.
The 'camp re-entry' reactions of some companions can preempt those of other companions. I.e. sometimes you get away scot-free...

Leliana is the hardest romance in my opinion, because of the bug. I just have a thing for Alistair though. I am trying to romance them both. Zevran is too easy, just ask him questions when he asks or says something to you.
It's easy to get in the sack from Zevran. Getting him to commit can be tricky and can be nigh impossible due to bugs if you do not use mods.
Are you referring to what happens when you choose the more romantic dialouge option after the Taliesen fight? I've never chosen that one, and I've never had any trouble. I play on PS3, so no mods for me, sadly.
Ah, I forgot, I did accept it the first time he offered on my first Warden, but that Warden doesn't count. He had no personality whatsoever. I was just trying to navigate the game. The 2nd was commitment shy himself, and I was pleasantly surprised by the second offer. After that I read up on it more and found out about all the bugs. I suspect what I miss out on most is proper dialogue at the gates before the final battle. It always feels rather flat.

It is. One of Ejoslin's fixes to Zevran is that final conversation. I think his warm convo fires if friended, his friend one fires if romanced (or maybe friend fires if both conditions exist). She got it all sorted properly. I'd recommend DAO on PC if only for the ability to fix all the misfiring plot flags and dialogue bugs that exist in the game.
Sadly, I don't have a machine that can handle it ATM, but I am in the market for a new laptop, so I'm keeping my eye out for something that can, at a decent price. Trust me, the day I get it, I'll be picking up the UE. Not just so I can fix all those bugs, but so I can move my teammates with a mouse click while the game is paused. Individually walking your squishies out of the fray the cutscene dropped you into is often a death sentence on console.
