We don't know for now.

But I would say the system requirements will be higher than Skyrim.

Current rule of thumb: If your PC can run Battlefield 4, then it can run Dragon Age Inquisition.

 

Since Dragon Age and Battlefield 4 runs on Frostbite 3 engine, I'd say Dragon Age will have similar requeriments as BF4. 

Maybe a bit higher or a bit lower.

Skyrim unmodded has quite low system requirments these days, so probably higher.

Having said that, the Frostbite 3 engine can scale well, so i imagine the lower end system specs will be quite modest, but if you want to run the game with all the bells and whistles you are going to want a good system. I'm just waiting on Nvidia releasing their next generation of GTX cards and then i'll be upgrading.

Skyrim came out years ago so I think it'll definitely have higher system requirements. Hopefully we'll be able to run it if we could run BF4.

I actually have battlefield 4 on email notification so I can be updated on any sales. If it ever goes below 10£ I will buy it simply to test how my computer will run it xD
